The Grand Reserve Country Club Villas at Grand Reserve Golf Club have spectacular views of El Yunque Rain Forest and the Atlantic Ocean. It is perfectly located just 25 minutes east of SJU airport, 10 minutes from all of the activities of the rain forest, 30 minutes from the marina in Fajardo and easy access to all of the stores, restaurants and history in Old San Juan.

This is the only property in Puerto Rico to host the Puerto Rico Open, PGA tour event! The property has restaurants, pool, golf course and a beautiful beach.

***PLEASE NOTE our unit has its own pool and beach for use but if you want to use the pool and beach at the main part of the resort you will need to purchase a day pass through resortpass.com.

With the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve at Coco Beach on property close by, you can enjoy the beautiful Rainforest spa and The Sand Trap Top golf experience. You can also try Nori Asian Grill restaurant, Water's Edge and Prime 787 steakhouse & seafood at the hotel when you are here. **Guests must make a reservation to use any of these facilities.

When you are ready to play golf, the Hyatt Grand Reserve Golf Club is located just behind our villas. With practice facilities and a championship course, you get unlimited golf included for just the cart fee per person. Owner has a full membership which can be used by renter.

You couldn’t ask for more from a property!! Great views, great location and great host!!! This property is located in a beautiful resort, close to the rain forest, golfing and not to far from San Juan. The property is clean, well maintained, secure and fully equipped!! The sunsets are beautiful over looking the mountains. I can’t say enough about how helpful the owner was to our needs before, during and after our stay. We had 7 adults and 3 kids staying during our visit and I don’t think we ever felt cramped or need more space. The golf carts were a plus for sure!! The kids thought they were great!! I hope to return one day soon!! Thanks again Leilani!! Ps thanks for the book!!!

Golf Trip

Condo was perfect again this year. Location is ideal for trips to the beach, Grand Reserve and the golf clubhouse. Host is superb. Will book again for another trip in 2025.

I stayed there for 3 nights. We have to go through 2 check point gates to get to this condo. The condo is very safe but it is far from restaurants. All were good except kitchen pots and pans are old.

The condo was very spacious and as pictured. The views were very nice. Leilani was so nice and easy to communicate with. If you are looking for a golf trip, the location is ideal.
