This one-bedroom, one-bath condominium is located in the Garden District proper, just off Saint Charles Avenue. You have a view of the streetcar line from the front of the courtyard. The condominium opens to a large common courtyard, with a smaller more private area just outside the front door. There is off-street parking for one car. The Historic St Charles Streetcar is just around the corner.
The building was totally renovated inside and out recently. All new stainless appliances, and very nice furnishings make this cozy condominium very livable. The kitchen is small but very functional. The stove is glass surface with a convection oven. There is a built-in microwave and coffee maker. The bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a TV/DVD. The updated bath has an extra-deep spa tub/shower with glass enclosure. There is a queen-size, inner-spring, sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a dvd, book, and music collection for your enjoyment.

Condo was very clean, well equipped, laundry facilities, quiet, and perfect location. Loved the Court yard and garden, and the neighborhood was most impressive. Stunning architecture, within close walking distance to lively and interesting Magazine street, natural food market and trolley which takes you to the French Quarter. The owner was great to deal with and responded quickly to any questions we had. Overall, this was a great place to stay and we would highly recommend it
My husband and I spent a long Thanksgiving weekend in NOLA visiting our Tulane student and had a lovely stay in this tidy condo. It's not very large, but perfect for two, especially if you're planning to be out and about. The location is perfect. You can catch the streetcar just a block away and the typical cab fare from the French Quarter is about $10. There is a wonderful market very close by for meals you plan to cook yourself. Jim happened to be in the building that weekend and he was very attentive, without being overbearing.
My husband and I just spent a wonderful weekend in NOLA and this condo was PERFECT for everything we needed. The condo is tastefully decorated and filled with all kinds of extras. The kitchen is the perfect size to make a hearty breakfast or fix an afternoon snack. The closet is huge and it was nice that there was a dresser in the bedroom. Enjoyed our coffee each morning in the quaint courtyard. Very peaceful and safe location!. A huge plus it that there was a dedicated parking spot on the grounds. We certainly will be inquiring about availability on this condo for visits to come. Thanks Jim !!
I am lucky enough to be able to travel to New Orleans several times a year, and I stay at this property every time I go. It is absolutely perfect. The condo is cozy and comforatable. It is the perfect size for two. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need to cook. Linens and towels are provided.The courtyard is beautiful, with several places provided to sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee. The courtyard is private as well. What also makes this condo perfect is it's location. In the Garden District, right off of St. Charles. You can catch the streetcar a block from the front gate.You are only a few blocks from Magazine St.,within walking distance.Magazine St. has some of,in my opinion,the best restaurants and shopping in New Orleans.To name a few, The Rum House,Joey K's,Sucre. You are also within walking distance of Lafayette Cemetary and Commanders Palace. If you have never gone before, go to the Sunday Jazz Brunch. You are not far from Uptown here, and one of my favorite restaurants,Le Crepe Nanou.During Mardi Gras you are right on the Uptown parade route.The condo is also close to the Arena and Superdome if you are a sports fan.There also is a Fresh Market grocery store,literally across the street. I obviously can't say enough about how great this place is. Enjoy your trip to New Orleans,!
The condo was gorgeous. I love the way it's decorated. Just-like-home kitchen, (dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.) Free wifi (not that we stayed in surfing the web all that much!) The courtyard was peaceful and relaxing. Everything was great! Easy walk to Magazine Street - so much to do there! Walk about a block to the streetcar stop for a ride to the French Quarter. This was a perfect trip, excellent location, and we'll definitely stay there again!
Great Location! Between 2 trolley stops only a short walk. Across the street is a Boarders Books, down the street is a McDonalds and CVS- all in walking distance. Friendly neighbors, when I saw them. Reserved parking space off the street. I would stay here again in the future.
