Fantastic Value for money!
The flat was ideally placed on the edge of Madrid with a shortish walk to the Metro and excellent traffic links to the rest of Madrid. I was really amazed with the road system around Madrid which really puts British cities to shame. The aircon in the room kept the room nice and cool, even with the temperature outside in the mid to late 30s! The flat was very spacious for the 3 of us and the luxury of 2 bathrooms meant there was no waiting around to get ready to go out. There are a couple of nice local bars around the flat and the security of the premises is superb with 24 hour manned security gates. The pool was really welcome to cool down in during the hot days but the only problem was that there were no sun loungers available and you were not allowed to take drinks to the pool. This did take a bit of a shine off the stay because it would have been nive to laze by the pool. Overall,, a great flat at great value for money and a very receptive host

Great apartment ideal for our needs
Frederic and his wife were great and met us as agreed to show us the apartment. Ideal for our requirements with all you need for the stay, well equipped and nice beds. Equal distance from Madrid city center and Parque Warner which was on our list of places to go. Underground parking for the car at the apartment and only a short walk/drive to the metro if you didn’t want to take the car into the city center. Frederic was always available if we needed him but didn’t have to get in contact as everything was available we would need. Many thanks and hope to see you in the future. Thanks again

Excellent Apartment of this class kept extremely clean. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the owner and Wife. As for the Apartment itself, from the kind, courteous, and friendly owners, to the meticulous, comfortable rooms with very well equipped kitchen, cosy common areas - our experience was nothing less than exceptional. The Ultra Big La Gavia Shopping Centre with IKEA is within short walking distance (just a few minutes). The Metro is excellent. I Would most highly recommend this Place to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. My Family Sends the owners the Best and good look. We will be seeing you again. Thanks so Much. Merci ! Thank you again to the owner for going just that little step extra for their guests!!!

Les remarques que je vais faire ont pour but d'aider les futurs vacanciers dans leur choix, mais également la personne qui nous a accueillis dans l'appartement à faire les modifications nécessaires, s'il veut continuer à louer son appartement. L'annonce parlait de trois chambres : il n'y en a que deux. Elle parlait également d'un duplex, mais la hauteur de plafond n'est certainement pas conforme à l'étage. Je ne mesure que 1,57 m et je touchais le plafond de la salle de bain! La climatisation dans le salon et dans une des chambres mérite d'être changée, car très inefficace contrairement à ce que nous avions lu dans la réponse de l'hôte aux remarques d'autres vacanciers. Quant à la deuxième chambre, elle ne compte pas de fenêtre. Pour toute climatisation, elle n'a qu'un ventilateur. Autant dire qu'il s'agissait d'un étouffoir plutôt que d'une chambre. Les prises électriques méritent d'être revues elles aussi, de même que le volet électrique du salon. Enfin, la bouche de métro est à 1, 4 km à pied de la location et non pas à 700 mètres comme nous l'a annoncé l'hôte. Le centre de Madrid ( La Puerta del Sol) est à 17 stations de la location. Il vaut mieux le savoir. Merci de l'attention portée à ces remarques.
