Home offers king bed and a twin sleeper sofa (for 1 person) in master suite, a queen bed in the secondary master bedroom, a bunk bed in the third bedroom. (There is also a loft but that is only accessible via a ladder along the wall. Thus, loft accessibility would not suit everyone).

Unbelievable location and grounds but interior needs a little attention

Location couldn't be better. Right on top of the beach will full access from private gate. Straight out of the door to all the best shops and cafes in Laguna. (Downtown is a little touristy and tacky but lots more independent and cooler places around Thalia etc). Outdoor space is amazing. Full of sun, places to hang out and BBQ. Management company are very communicative and easy to deal with too. Inside is fine. Kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms all in working order but it's a little dated and a little worn parts and for the price of this place you'd expect a little more. We stayed in many rentals right through our long trip through CA for less than half the price of this that were significantly more up to date and luxurious inside. Having said that what you pay for here are the views (incredible) and direct beach access which take your stay in laguna to a whole new level. It's certainly worth going to and would stay again but would be nice if it was modernised inside. The standard across CA is high and this place should be right up there.

Best spot in Laguna Beach

This original Laguna Beach cottage is a gem! In the center of the village, it’s easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The view never gets old! It’s such a perfect spot you won’t want to leave. Thanks Angie and Al. We’ll be back!

Beautiful Beach House in Laguna

This is a well appointed beach house in the heart of Laguna Beach. Two beautiful bedrooms - one with a King; another with a Queen. The areas with bunk beds is a bit small - would be best for smaller children. Can’t beat the location.
