3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths Sleeps 6 comfortably.

The house was built in 2005 and is in tip-top shape. In addition to the house the weekly rental also includes access to a slip of lake-front land abutting West Harbor Pond. You can swim, kayak, fish or just enjoy the scenery. The house also provides 2 driveways so parking is never an issue if you have more than one car. A newly-installed patio makes for a great place to take in the sights and sounds of the area. One bedroom has 2 twin beds and one has a trundle bed so the house can comfortably sleep 6. The house is stocked with linens and kitchen utensils etc. so all you need to pack is your clothes!

Perfect Rental Property!

My husband and I stayed at this property with our two sons, ages 5 and 1. To begin with, communications with the owners was wonderful from the moment we inquired about the property all the way through pulling out of the driveway at the end of our stay. We had never been to Maine and did not know what to expect. The house is extremely neat and very clean. The location is wonderful. It's only about a 2 minute drive into Downtown Boothbay. There are tons of day trips within 30-45 minutes of the property. The lake across the street was very enjoyable for my 5 year old. He and my husband went out on the row boat almost everyday to go fishing. I can't say enough good things about this rental. We will definitely be back!

Absolute Gem In Boothbay

This house is an absolute delight and tremendous value for money. We arrived on 21 June to be greeted by Jim and shown around the house and down to the jetty to see the lake. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the property and the facilities. Inside the house is everything you need to enjoy a stay, including a great kitchen, outside grill, TV/WiFi, balcony and patio. There are kayaks and a rowing boat for use on the lake with all paddles and lifejackets supplied. You can walk in Boothbay Harbour or to Robinsons in Southport for a great meal.

We had a superb week with great weather which enabled us to canoe and swim almost every day. We have rented a number of houses in the USA and Europe and the value for money of this house is unbeatable - a definite must if you are looking to stay in the Boothbay area.

Delightful experience!

Superb getaway for a a family of 6. Just outside Boothbay Harbor town limits but easy to reach. Peacefully located on a slope overlooking lake (West Harbor Pond). Direct access to a slip. Broad array of outdoor and indoor leisure equipment available (mountain bikes, kayaks, dingy, lots of board games, darts, airhockey table, etc.) Great fun for the entire family – nothing could beat the early morning kayaking trips our children undertook and truly cherished.
The house comes with plenty of amenities, including high speed internet, and is exceptionally well maintained. The rooms are fully furnished, bright and beautifully arranged. We appreciated and truely felt that this house is very dear to the owners. Indeed a pearl amoung high-quality homes in the area.
Impeccable communication with the owner. Very considerate and extremely helpful in arranging our stay since we came all the way from Germany. Highly recommended location and definitely look forward to staying there again.

A Breath of Sea Breeze

First of all, communication with the owners was delightful and very helpful. Having never been to the area, I was pleased with the help from the owners about area attractions and establishments. The house is very clean, very bright and just what this family of 5 was looking for! I will be coming back and when I do I will rent this property. It is very close to downtown BB, enough out of the way that you feel secluded and at peace. The rooms are furnished with everything you could need. During our stay, the biggest rainstorm of the year moved in and stayed with us. We had plenty of things to do - from games to movies - at the house, and we traveled to some nearby museums in Bath (Marine Museum) and shopping in quaint towns along the coast. Next time I would bring bikes - we checked into renting some but it was too expensive for our gaggle. Love this property and the family who owns it!

Relatively new 3 bedroom house located within walking distance to downtown Boothbay Harbor and to a privately-owned lake-front slip of land with a private dock. You can fish, swim or boat (bring your own kayaks or small boats) right from the lake-front. You can bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the lake or stay into the evening and have a bonfire with your family and friends! The house is a short drive to all Boothbay Harbor attractions including the Botanical Gardens and the Aquarium. You can take the walk to town (a couple of miles but a very nice walk indeed!) and take a whale-watching tour or hire out a boat for a day of deep-sea fishing. Don't forget to stop at the Ice Cream Factory and taste some of the best ice cream you will ever try! If you like to golf you can go to the Boothbay Country Club for a day on the links. You can make your own meals in the fully-stocked kitchen or go to one of the many restaurants and indulge in a lobster feast! Take a day and stay at the house for a peaceful day of relaxation. Grab a cold drink, a good book and pull up a chair on the patio and simply enjoy the surroundings.
