Great service and fantastic location

I stayed in this place for business and ISIS staff were very helpfull. They arranged a car pick up from the airport for fixed charge which was a great convenince.

I was impressed with how close the subway and offices were to the apartment. Conceirge were very professional and helpfull.
I have stayed in several apartments and always been disspointed which is why I took the time to write this review to give credit where is due.

This is a great place too stay if you need to be in canary wharf or city as the the trasnport to city and west end is within 15 mins of direct links.
It is a harrods development so the standards are high and appropriate for what you pay.

I have no problems staying there again.

Wonderful location, felt completely at home!

My husband and I visit London to see family who reside in Canary Wharf. We usually opt to stay in a hotel but on this trip chose to try a private rental - and we're so glad that we did!

This flat has all of the amenities of a hotel - a tenant's gym and pool, secure entry with a concierge, and large, comfortable bedding - but offered the privacy and space of having our own home all at similar cost to one of London's tiny hotel rooms.

The flat was spacious, clean and bright. We took advantage of having his and her bathrooms to get out the door quickly each day without having to navigate around each other or change inside our suitcases for lack of space! We ate out a bit too often due to the luxury of Hazev restaurant (top notch and just next door) but all you would need to prepare a meal is in the flat and Tesco Express is only 2 mins from the front door. You could easily save by preparing your own meals or even just your morning breakfast and coffee, which we did. I also never want to go on holiday without a washer/dryer again; we were able to pack light and return home with very little laundry to do.

In addition to Hazev, Canary Wharf is only 5 mins walk and offers a variety of restaurants - from family friendly to night life - plus shopping and entertainment. Being the holiday season, we took our 6-year old niece to see Santa at the shopping centre, a movie at the cinema, and took her ice skating at Canada Square's seasonal rink. Having the extra bedroom allowed her to stay with us a few evenings and was a pleasure we never had when staying in hotels.

The truly fabulous thing about this location is the ease of access to public transport. There's plenty of activities to keep you occupied in the immediate area but when you want to head downtown the tube and DLR are both less than 5 mins walk and provide direct links to all of the major tourist spots. It took us 30 mins or less to get to Harrod's, Covent Garden and the West End even in rush hour, a huge plus especially at the end of a long day.

Kay, the property manager, was delightful - kind, accessible and attentive. When our flight altered last minute landing us in London ahead of schedule she generously offered us the flat a full evening earlier than we booked at no cost. This reduced stress on us immensely and she didn't bat an eyelash. That sort of compassion is so rare nowadays and definitely not available at a hotel.

I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!

Great Stay in Great Location

The listing was exactly as described with the location having sensational views down the Thames. Access to London central, shopping and all the sights was very quick and simple. The manager, Kay was there to settle us in and was very helpful during the whole stay. The apartment was very clean and organised with plenty of room for the 5 of us. Will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Amazing apartment in a fantastic location

We stayed at This amazing apartment this May. We are a professional couple from UK who expect high standards of accommodation when we travel and were very pleased with our experience in that regard in London.

Location was perfectly central with lots of bars and restaurants within minutes. The apartments is furnished to a good standard with fresh cut flowers,home bar and balcony with amazing views of Thames.

Kay is very nice and professional to deal with and assist with us everything we needed.
Will recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent unit at Canary Wharf

Large beautiful condo with great views of CW and docklands.
Just 2 min walk to a tube station; it was the ideal location for 3 of us attending a congress at the Excel Centre.
Kay and the concierges provided excellent service.
We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent Waterfront Apartment in Canary Wharf

The apartment was excellent, roomy and well appointed with a super view of the Canary Wharf area and the O2 Dome. The building is fabulous, in a great location right next door to a DLR station and a few minutes walk from the tube. It takes just over 10 minutes to get to Westminster. There is also a small Tesco pretty much adjacent to the building. Underground parking is accessed through a car lift and is clearly very secure. The swimming pool is just the right size and is very lightly used and great for a family swim. Kay (the owner) was very helpful throughout and I think I can honestly say that the whole experience of my family holiday in London was excellent throughout. We will most definitely be staying again either as a family or when I travel to London on business. Exceptional.

If you require additional cleaning on top of the scheduled cleaning, these will be charged at £30 per clean. Extra cleaning can be requested at a cost of £60 per clean.
