We have been providing accommodation for guests for the past 15 years and know all our properties and landlords personally.
Most properties have a minimum stay period of 3 nights but exceptions are possible on request, please ask Beatrice if possible just for 2 nights.
All of the accommodation properties are of average, above average standards and most are exceptionally nice with antique/modern furniture
and all modern conveniences.
They are all within close walking distance to the most important tourist attractions, public transport links and are all fully equipped with bedding, bath towels and kitchenware unless stated otherwise.

Being in the heart of the historical city center of DIJON really no need for a car, everything at your doorstep!
If you do have a car then near all of the apartments there are underground car parks, price per day 7 euros if not 22 euros per week.
at a 10 minutes drive West of DIJON, 2 holiday homes, a 4 bedroom house and a 1 bedroom house in rural location on the edge of a park, both have outdoor area, please note for these properties you definately need a car.
To guarantee your rental dates at your chosen apartment, a deposit of 30% will be asked for.
For deposit & balance payments these can be paid either by PAYPAL/credit card, bank transer, check, for short stays on arrival in euro cash.
Beatrice is English and has lived and worked in the DIJON/BEAUNE area now for the last 30 years, she certainly knows where to go and on arrival will help you with suggestions of where to go to and what to do.

Dijon is a lively City for sightseeing and for shopping, it is convenient, fun, safe and clean and can be pedestrian friendly.
From the Dijon tourist office take a walking tour by following the 'Owls trail' showing you its ancient town houses build from the 15thC, its museums Archaeological and Art, its fine churches and cathedral, its high class boutiques, wine and antique shops and afterwards relaxing in a wide selection of excellent restaurants and bistros from French, Marocon, Chinese, Spanish, Indian restaurants and not forgetting simple meals in bistros, cafés and crêperies.
A must is a trip to the fresh market on Tuesday, Friday & Saturday mornings where the best produce is on display from the region for you to buy and then for you to take back to the apartment to prepare.
Not to be missed the historical and botanical parks in the city centre of Dijon, lake Kir where there is a small safe beach and a beautiful park to visit.

Famous Burgundy wines: Wine is unquestionably Burgundy's best known product.
Head south towards Beaune passing through famous wine villages Gevrey Chambertin, Nuits St Georges, Corton, Meursault, Volnay etc. In these small wine villages you'll find an Auberge where you can sample some of the local menus, Boeuf Bourguignon, Coq au Vin, poached eggs in a wine sauce etc at the same time wine tasting.
In Beaune the capital of the wine area, visit the 'Hospice de Beaune', a famous 15thC hospital and then visit one of the many wine cellars for you to taste some of the very fine Burgundy wines.

SAFE AND FRIENDLY QUARTERS OF DIJON EVERYTHING AT YOUR DOORSTEP
I stayed in this wonderful 2 bedroom flat in September of 2013 and thought that the review I wrote had been posted shortly thereafter. This place is a gem - spacious, clean, well equipped with everything you need. Superb location in Dijon near the Place de la Republique. Beatrice, the owner/manager was one of the most gracious accommodating hostesses I've ever come upon. She allowed us to leave our baggage and use the bathroom before it was time to check in. It really felt like a home away from home! I plan to stay here again!!
We stayed in the "new" duplex in Rue Verrerie - it is a very nice appartment, completely new equipped, everything is state-of-the-art. The window to the street is noise-proof, the sleeping room on the bottom is cool even on the hottest day. Kitchen is very well equipped, internet and television are included.
The location in the historical center of Dijon is great - the market is in walking distance, the bakery just across the road offers all kinds of nice French sweets and the touristic trail through Dijon center starts right behind the house.
The stairs inbetween the 2 floors are a challenge with luggage - better use the staircase (there is a second entrance).
Beatrice gave us a very nice welcome and a lot of touristic advice. Everything was perfectly prepared.
You do not need a car if you want to stay in the city - at the moment there are a lot of construction works going on, so driving within or out of the city is a challenge. However, the nearby parking (weekly "abonnements" are available, even if they write "complet" on the pricelist) can be easily found on the deviation signs.
Concerning food you are in paradise - so many restaurants in walking distance that you have to spend at least a month to test them all. Also the Creperie just opposite the house can be recommended.
We have just returned from a week's stay in the beautiful and historic city of Dijon. The experience of renting the apartment from Beatrice was excellent -from Beatrice's speedy replies to our queries to the ease of finding the apartment and parking very nearby-often very difficult in a city centre-to the comfort and very central position of the appartment itself.Beatrice's welcome was efficient and warm at the same time and she made herself available for assistance but was not at all intrusive I would heartily recommend this appartment to anyone visiting Dijon.All activities restaurants shopping etc. easily accessible on foot.
Highly commended-Mussee des Beaux Arts-gorgeous museum not too big-lovely art collection.

Lovely little bar very close to appartment with very good choice of local wines and very reasonably priced plates of cheeses and charcuterie-can't remember the exact name but something to do with angels!
The only down side would be that everything seemed quite expensive-the appartment however was very good value -and I have no reservations about recommending it.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your charming loft, which enhanced our visit to DIJON. We aere most comfortable and found the location just perfect.

Ski: Dijon a great stopover place for 3 nights when making your way to the ALPS, S France and Italy.
Once Beatrice knows of your arrival time in DIJON she will be at the apartment to meet you.
Once you have arrived in Dijon by train then you can either walk to the apartment or take a taxi only a 5 - 10 mins drive.
If you arrive by car then near the apartments are excellent underground car parks with cameras price very reasonable, approx., 30 euros for 7 nights.
