Le Clos des Ferrages is a unique property of 15000sq.m located a few steps away from a beautiful Provencal village, Callas. A total of 8 bedrooms spread in 2 houses, an exceptional setting for sunny holidays of several families.

Le Clos, to start with, has a charming landscaped garden, free views over the village, quiet guaranteed and perfect privacy, as it is not overlooked.

Moreover, it has top-of-the-range amenities: huge swimming pool (17 x 8 m) under the olive trees, 2 recently renovated tennis courts, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and spacious terraces to lounge.

The Big House boasts 3 bedrooms full of Provencal character, bathroom and 2 children bedrooms (for 6 kids in total), all air-conditioned. The vast living room of around 100sq.m is laid out in four separate spaces. The large fully equipped kitchen full of charm opens on a vast shaded terrace with double BBQ.

The Small House, near the swimming pool, boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 of them air-conditioned, a spacious living room (75sq.m) and an equipped kitchen.

Besides pool and tennis, the garden, planted with hundreds of different essences, offers a swing frame for kids, a boules court, a badminton field, a small creek and all year long flowing spring.

Finally, Le Clos is ideally located to enjoy the best of Provence, with many excursions or gourmet tasting. In a matter of few minutes, you can visit many typical villages, play on one of Europe's prettiest golf courses, savour Provence's best rosés and have dinner in a Michelin starred restaurant. The Gorges du Verdon with their unique landscapes and white water sports activities, are 45 minutes away.

A professional from the hotel business, I live in Paris with my wife and our two girls. My mother, my three brothers and sisters and I have been taking care of Le Clos des Ferrages for 20 years now, and this is where I got married.

Romain Viennois purchased this house in 1992

Letting the property to tenants for several weeks per year allows us to maintain this lovely family story and to show this preserved beautiful region to visitors. So we do our best to keep this house for our children's heritage.

For us, Le Clos des Ferrages in Callas is firstly the perfect place for family of friends reunions every year, in an exceptional setting: huge pool, calm, beautiful garden and guaranteed sun!

A day in Callas, is a coffee at the village square, grocery shopping at the market, a lunch extended by a game of belote, a long session in the swimming pool, and a big dinner with BBQ under the trees.

Few are the places allowing to accommodate up to 12 adults and 8 children within a spacious and private setting. The house is immense, bedrooms are air-conditioned and comfortable, and you can feel the charm in each and every corner.

Un lieu exceptionnel tout simplement, les prestations sont haut de gamme, le cadre réellement privilégié avec un aménagement paysager sur plus d'un hectare, une superbe piscine, des courts de tennis, terrain de pétanque... Il ne manque rien.

Un lieu de rêve avec un charme fou

Nous avons passé une semaine fabuleuse dans cette propriété de rêve. Nous étions 14 adultes et 6 enfants (dont 2 bébés). Les maisons étaient pleines mais si spacieuses qu'il était facile de se retrouver dans un petit coin tranquille.
Certains sont allés à la fête médiéval des arcs, d'autres se sont baignés un matin sur les plages de st Maxime. Il était cependant pour la plupart d'entre nous difficile de quitter ce havre de paix ou alors juste pour aller faire un petit tour à pied au village chez dame Jeanne pour trouver des produits locaux de qualité. Le chemin qui mène au village passe par un joli lavoir dont la fraicheur environnante est plaisante.
Tous nos amis et nous même souhaitons pouvoir revenir l'an prochain!!

Un petit coin de paradis!!!!

Le Clos des Ferrages est un domaine exceptionnel avec de très belles prestations : un jardin magnifique avec une grande piscine et son pool-house, 2 terrains de tennis, terrain de volley, terrain de pétanque, balançoire

Les maisons sont très bien équipées, spacieuses, la plupart des chambres ont leur propre salle de bain.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable!!!!!

Charme et douceur du sud

Nous passons chaque été une semaine à Callas depuis de nombreuses années, en famille ou entre amis, et nous n'avons jamais été décus.
La maison a un charme fou : a deux pas du village, et pourtant bien isolée de la foule et des vacanciers !
La maison est très bien équipée pour des vacances entre amis, ou avec des enfants : chambres avec salles de bain attenantes, grand dortoir, grand jardin, tennis et surtout très belle piscine qui fait le bonheur des grands comme des petits (piscine protégée + accès facilité avec petites marches pour que les plus petits puissent jouer tranquillement sans effrayer les parents!). Maison fraiche la nuit et donc très reposante
Il fait bon d'y vivre !

Nos enfants nous réclament la maison de Callas...

Parmi nos meilleurs souvenirs de vacances pour nous et les enfants.
L'endroit est tout simplement idyllique.
Au programme : petit déj sur la terrasse abritée, saut dans la piscine à l'eau salée dans laquelle on peut vraiment faire des longueurs (16 m de long :-)), virée au marché de Callas à pied par un petit sentier qui passe juste derrière la maison, apéritif sur la place du village près de sa fontaine, BBQ de retour à la maison, sieste chacun dans sa suite royale, golf pour les uns, piscine ou tennis pour les autres, soirée jeux sous un magnifique ciel étoilé...
Le plus : on a vraiment de l'espace, on s'est top reposés et quelque soit l'âge des enfants, ils étaient ravis
Le moins : une semaine, ça passe trop vite !

Le Clos des Ferrages is 5 minutes walk from Callas, a typical Provencal village on a hillside. The village itself is a place for walks that cannot be ignored, with its many craftsmen: metalwork, oil mill, soap factory, santonnier, food facilities (bakery, butcher, etc.).

15 min away, the golf course of Saint Endreol boasts a spa with a stunning view over the hinterlands.

Many activities available a few minutes away by car: 2 wonderful golf courses (Saint Endréol and Terre Blanche), the Verdon Gorge, horseback-riding, go-karting or even tree climbing.

You won't miss the street markets, in Callas, Muy or Draguignan, very lively and colourful.

If you are a food lover, do not miss the 2 restaurants nearby, rated in Guide Michelin: Les Gorges de Pennafort (in Callas) and Chez Bruno (in Lorgues).

Finally, Saint-Tropez and its glamorous lifestyle, beaches, night-life, are 30 km. Nice: 1h15.

'Mom' and 'Amelie' are adjacent, and are suitable for families with children. Heloise is the only room not offering air conditioning, but it is rarely useful because the house is cool.
