  • Rates are for the whole accommodation and for a maximum of 4 people for stays of 7 nights. The arrival and departure day is Saturday conversion to availability.
    A deposit of 20 per cent is paid on booking and guarantee of 300 euros (the warranty is not collected). The balance is paid upon entering the premises and check the cleaning of 50 euros. Guarantee of 300 euros is returned within 15 days after the release date places if no damage is found in the apartment (the inventory signed authentic). The check is returned to the household outlet locations if the household does not require the passage of maintenance personnel.
    For bookings made less than one month from the beginning of the stay, the full amount of the rent is payable on booking.
    The tax of € 0.90 per day per person (over 13 years) is not included in the rental price. To be paid on site.
