We've maintained the character of the historic 1920's apartment building, while completely updating and renovating the interior. Since the apartment is located on the second floor, to the rear of the building, it's quiet and private. Off-street parking is also provided.

Wide sidewalks and towering oaks throughout the neighborhood provide an ideal place for walking or jogging, and a coffee shop, multiple restaurants (including Ethiopian, Thai, casual and fine Italian, etc.), shopping and even an independent movie theater are a half mile away. Spring through fall, a farmers market is open Wed, Fri and Sat around the corner from the apartment, and a new greenway offers a convenient connection to Freedom Park, Dilworth and Carolinas Medical Center.
