excellent flat near the old town

we had an excellent time in this beautiful flat. the beach is in 2 walking minutes reachable and the beautiful old town is around the corner.

you also have a great view over the harbour and the sea.

the flat is modern and clean we had really everything we needed.

this is absolutely recommendable!

Appartement exceptionnel à Cannes

Appartement très claire avec 3 belles chambres et 2 magnifiques salles de bain. Espace de vie très agréable et vaste, donnant sur la mer, même en "2ème ligne". Double vues sur le port de Cannes et sur la baie de La Napoule.

Etat neuf, bien aménagé et équipé (cuisine moderne), de très bon goût.

Appartement parfaitement situé au dernier étage, à 3 minutes de la plage, situé dans le quartier du SUQUET, très calme. Commerces et restaurants à 5 minutes, le port à 10 minutes, arrivée des bus de l'Aéroport de Nice à 5 minutes.

Très propre à l'arrivée, accueil chaleureux avec tous les conseils nécessaires.

Appartement que je recommanderais sans aucune réserve, pour passer des vacances courtes ou longues dans les meilleures conditions.

Vi rekommenderar denna nyrenoverade fina lägenhet med centralt läge i gamla stan i Cannes. Nära till strand, restauranger och shopping. Tre fina sovrum och två fräscha badrum, vardagsrum och stort kök gör denna fina lägenhet generös och trivsam att bo i. Härlig utsikt mot havet.

Vous vous y sentirez comme chez vous, rien ne manque et surtout pas les vues magnifiques sur les îles et sur l'Esterel. Proche de tout, plage, marché, centre ville, vieux-port, haut du suquet (très calme) cet appartement se situe dans une ancienne maison et la rénovation y est d'une très grande qualité. Personnellement, j'y suis venue avec mes ados et tout s'est impeccablement déroulé ! à refaire sans hésitation :)

Brilliant Apartment

Cannes is a beautiful town, however a beautiful apartment there is a hard place to find - that is of course when You have a certain budget You can afford. Lars’s place is the best one I have had the pleasure to be in. It is Nordic, light, clean, fresh - and what I like the most - it is very close to Palais, to the beach and to the harbour. The beds are comfortable, there are two bathrooms and the furniture is new - magnificent view and very friendly service. All questions are answered quickly, no problems with payment terms - Lars is a perfect owner in that sense as well. Therefore I do suggest this place. I would even give it a 6 in 5 star count.
