Best of Both Worlds - Historic Quidi Vidi Just minutes from downtown

We had a fabulous time here. We have been renting VRBO for more than 10 years in Europe and north America . I have to say this is one of the best outfitted houses we have been in. Everything was included. The location was perfect and tge view outstanding. We came for a family wedding and were delighted to see that the kids wedding pictures started right outside our door. We were 2 parents and 4 adult kids. They just had to step out the door to go on one of the eastern NL trails to signal hill. They were right across tge street from the quidi vidi brewery and loved that tour. They would spend much time sitting out on the spacious front deck having a beer before nighttime activities and ending the night doing tge same! Couldn't have a better vacation or better location. Would return again in a heartbeat and have recommended it to many. Thank you thank you thank you, coleen!!

The description of this beautiful home was accurately described on the website. The home is very clean and well maintained. We were in frequent touch with the owner even though they are not on site. We had lots of information before our visit and had local contacts during the visit. We would highly recommend this property to everyone. We were a family of eight and the house provided lots of room on three levels so that people could have their own space. The decks front and rear are great. We really liked being able to start hikes and walks right from the doorstep. ...such as the walk around Quidi Vidi lake... to the Signal Hill trail and the East Coast Trail as well as just enjoying the village and harbour. We felt very much at home....this provided a wonderful base for our family visit to Newfoundland. We hope to be back.
