This charming 2 levels apartment is located in the very heart of St Germain des Pres in one of the most exclusive street in Paris (crn of Rue Dauphine & Rue du Pont de Lodi) 50m walk from the famous Pont Neuf and generally short walking distance from the Buci market, Notre Dame, Isle St Louis, Luxembourg Gardens...

This 47m2 (or 505 sq ft) apartment is been completely renovated with the latest trends of colours and materials. It is central, bright & sunny with wooden floors including in the bathroom.

A trendy place yet in a typical old and romantic Parisian building. It is located at the fifth floor (no elevator though the stairs are easy to climb). You will enjoy the view of the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom. Ideal for a young couple with or without children who will quickly feel at home!

Right at the entrance of the building you have a parking spot of 'Velib' (city-sponsored bicycle rental station). A nice and funny way to discover Paris.

Alternatively and if you don't feel like walking, you have no less than 4 metro stations within 300m in each direction. Also plenty of bus stops.

Wonderful place to stay

My wife and I stayed here for about a week and really enjoyed it. The apartment is in a great location as we mostly got around by walking. Working with Philippe and JB for getting setup for the apartment was very easy and straightforward.

Great apartment near the Seine!

We stayed here from June 30, 2013 (for I think 5 nights). The location was excellent as the description notes. If you want to cook your meals and eat in as we mostly did, there is a supermarket, wonderful bakeries, and fruit market nearby. St. Michel metro was nearby and the neighborhood offered bistros, a beautiful park and walking distance to many museums. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen while small worked for preparing simple meals. We welcomed the steps as we were heading for the Alps and the Tour du Mont Blanc. Veronique was extremely helpful and friendly. We had a great stay!

This is a cosy apartment which is very central to restaurants, shopping & within walking distance to many tourist spots.
We are 65 yrs old & are fit from gym & swimming so the 5 flights of stairs were only a challenge when we arrived with 2 suitcases. We managed by both taking an end.

A wonderful place to stay in Paris.

Without a doubt I would have to say this is the perfect place to stay while in Paris. From our first contact via email with Philippe to the sad day of our departure we could not have been happier with the service, communication and accommodation. We were welcomed on our first day by Veronique who was charming, delightful and very helpful. The key arrangement for pick up is excellent and makes for an easy and efficient entry into the apartment. The area of St Germain has a wonderful atmosphere both day and night with great places to eat, listen to music and have a drink. The apartment is ideally located only minutes from the river Seine and Pont Neuf. It is within walking distance to most attractions and when we wanted to go further afield we rode the velib bicycles which were located at the front door of the building. If we needed to ride the metro it was an easy and pleasant 5 minute walk. I highly recommend staying here as it is bright, very clean and comfortable and has much character. It is very quiet and has lovely views which is an added bonus. Seeing the Eiffel Tower and being able to look over the rooftops of Paris often had me gazing out the windows. Overall, the perfect place to stay for a classic Paris experience.

A gem in the heart of it all

This apartment is well located for access to all of the major sites. Additionally, there are many great eateries and shops right around the corner. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The communication prior to and at arrival was excellent. I highly recommend staying here. We plan to when we return!

Great Location in Central Paris

My wife, college aged son and I spent Easter Weekend at this 5th story apartment and really enjoyed staying here. The unit is centrally located, the Louvre, Notre Dame, Musee d'Orsay and all of St. Germain are within easy walking distance. The St. Michel Metro and RER are very close as well. We used this Station for Versailles, CDG airport and all our Paris travels. The area south of the unit has all the restaurants and amenities that you'll need. The stairwell is a steep spiral staircase, but we found this to be good training for Notre Dame and Arc de Triomphe. Owner and Property Manager were great to work with!
