Meticulously renovated home in Chatham with fabulous gourmet kitchen, all new baths, central air, beautiful woodwork and many extras to numerous to mention. This home is located close to town and has easy access to Cockle Cove, Ridgevale and Harding Beaches. The backyard features a very private spacious deck with grill and outdoor shower. Everything is included – from a computer for your use to bath soaps and shampoo or, if you wish, bring your laptop as this house is equipped with a wireless connection! Great property for a relaxing vacation experience. Additional fees are a $75 processing fee and a $55 security assurance fee.

I was in town for my best friend's wedding and I found this house on HomeAway and invited 3 other couples to share the house with me for the weekend - I am so happy I did! This house made our weekend stay feel like home. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom as well as a large kitchen/living room/dining room area to hang out in. The outside patio is great as well and I'm sure would get much more use out of it once the weather is warmer. Lilly was great to work with and am so looking forward to renting this home again!
