APARTMENT IN GOOD LOCATION.

We arrived on 4 May 2013 and we were warmly welcomed by Maureen and Terry! Maureen and Terry bought some water, milk, eggs and bread before arriving. Much appreciated Maureen ! Many thanks! :)

The apartment was very clean and well located (i.e. supermarket, bars, discos, restaurants, etc. in rage of 10 min. walk @ max). Bicycles can be taken into the apartment (2nd floor) either by using the stairs or the elevator (2nd floor). Port d'Alcudia was definitely THE ideal location for cycling.

At the end of our holiday Terry took us to the airport by car. Much appreacited Terry! Thanks!

All in all we had a great time in Port d'Alcudia. We will definitely stay at Terry and Maureen's apartment again next year.

We really had good time

Just returned from a 2 week holiday in Alcudia ,staying at Los Delfines.
Well, to begin with, we were greeted outside the airport by Terry, who took us straight to the apartment. Maureen was there to welcome us which was really lovely!
The apartment was beautifully clean and offered everything we needed for our holiday. We particularly loved the kitchen, fully equipped including a great gas hob and electric oven (which I used a number of times). It also has an open planned breakfast bar which was very sociable and meant that I didn't feel isolated while I was cooking. It was also great to have use of a washing machine as I was able to wash most things before going home.
The air-con worked well and was certainly needed throughout our stay.
The pool is a great size, (bigger than I expected) which we enjoyed very much, particularly in the mornings when we had it mostly to ourselves!!
We had the use of 2 sunbeds (Maureen & Terry's) which we needed to lock up when not in use. These were much appreciated.
The apartment is ideally located, benefiting from an on-site Spar shop for essentials, open from 7am until late. Also close to the larger supermarkets as well as a range of bars and gift shops. I particularly liked the 'Panaderia' over the main road, where I would buy fresh bread, croissants and ensamaidas.
The beach is only a 3-4 minute walk away. We made a point of going first thing in the morning to swim or read whilst watching the sunrise :o)
We tried a number of local bars and restaurants but particularly loved 'Croasan', located next to the apts. Appeared to be a place where local Spanish people gathered which was appealing to us. Food was superb and great value, a full English breakfast there was 3.50e and well worth it and I absolutely loved their home-made 'Paella'....Delicious!!
All in all, we had a fantastic holiday and this apartment was perfect!
We would definitely recommend it to friends and family and would most certainly go back again!!!
