There is cable TV,DVD player, free internet access and u.s.,canada calls.Boasting a west facing view overlooking a tranquill lake.The main room is large and spacious with plenty of room for all the family to relax after a busy day. The fully equipped kitchen dining area complete with refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, with patio doors leading to spacious pool and deck area. The family sized washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are provided and a full compliment of towels. both double bedrooms are fitted with king sized beds, TV large walk in closet and on suite bathroom. The detatched villa is located in a quiet secluded gated resort backing onto a large private lake. Easy accessable to the highway 192 which leads to the main disney attractions. The resort boasts its own golf course kids play area, green area and tranquil lake which is visited daily by the local wildlife. It is 20 min drive from all the Disney attractions, 35 min from Coco beach and space Kennedy. The airport is only 15 min away. The original old town is an easy 20 min drive and an alternative look at the old style florida.Shopping facilites are nearby and cater for all needs. Orlando magic basketball play near by and is a must for all sporting enthuiasts, eating out is very cheap and the local area is packed with a huge variety of restaurant to cater for all tastes. After a busy day at the theme park this home offers you both peace and tranquillity with spectacular sunsets over the lake.

Notes

  • A non refundable booking deposit of £100  or $150 per week is required when booking. The booking will be confirmed by e-mail or post with in 2 days of receipt of your deposit. Once booking is confirmed the deposit is non refundable but will be deducted from the full amount.
  • The payment balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival if late booking then full amount is due on booking confirmation.  Payment must be in sterling or US Dollars.
  • Cancellation charges are as followed. 6-8 weeks prior to departure 50% of total booking. 4-6 wks 75% upto 4 wks 100%. The date of cancellation shall be deemed to be the date that we receive written notification.If you fail to make the payment balance with in the agreed time we shall be entitled to cancel the booking by written notice to yourself.

  • The master bedroom with open views across the lake has a king sized bed. Large walk in wardrobe, bed side tables and lamps, dresser unit, radio alarm clock, phone facilities and cable TV. The en suite bathroom has a corner bath, separate walk in shower, toilet and illuminated vanity unit with access to the pool and deck area. Bedroom 2 is fitted with a queen sized bed, side table and lamps, dresser unit and walk in closet with its own bathroom which includes bath and shower. This overlooks the front of the property.Both bedroom 3 and 4 have twin single beds, bed side table and lamps and double door closets with access to bathroom and shower facilities.There is a cot with bedding and a high chair provided.

after a long journey from england we were very pleasantly surprised to see the lovely villa and surrounding area, the villa backed onto a lake which in the morning the kids enjoyed watching the birds catching the fish and us adults the amazing sunsets at night, The villa was surprisingly spacious and ample room for 4 adults and 2 children. It is approx 20 mins from the disney parks and makes a peaceful retreat after a busy day. The owner was very quick to respond when we had a light bulb needing changing and his instructions and directions were very welcomed and informative. we found our stay excellent value for money and would recommend this villa to anyone who wants to be near disney but also wants peace and quiet.

Very Spacious house

The house has a lot of space and a great view of the lake. It is less than a 1/2 hour from all attractions and very easy to get to them. Gated community is very secure and well kept.

Grocery stores are very close to the house.

The owner is very fast in communication. The pool heater was broke during our stay and the owner quickly refunded our heater costs. Although we were dissappointed that we couldn't use the pool.

A couple things I didn't like:

The house needs new beds or mattress pillowtops. The beds are not comfortable at all. As stated the master bedroom has a king bed..but it is a full sized.

The house does not have a grill as in the description. The utensils in the kitchen are minimal.

The house must have some sort of plumbing issues. All showers in the house have drainage issues. By the time you were done with a shower the water was up to your ankles at least. Kinda gross.

Overall for the price a good place to stay.
Owner's Response: im really pleased you enjoyed the villa, the problem with the plumbing has now been rectified and a brand new pool heater has been fitted,i am also putting in 2 new king sized beds for each double room,i appreciate the feedback and will constantly update the villa so it is of a really high standard

Great accommodation, Great value foe money

My family of 6 stayed at this villa in August 2012 and had a great time. The accommodation is very spacious, clean and well kept. The location is a drive from Disney and Universal but easily reached by a simple route on very good roads. The villa is very secure on a gated estate. The kids used the swimming pool every day and this time of year there is no need for heating. The owners provided me with very good information via clear and regular communication. The villa is well located for the airport but at no time did we experience any aircraft noise.

When we visit Florida again, we will definately try and rent this villa again.

Spring break getaway!!!

We had an amazing time at this great house. Rooms are nice, pool was wonderful. Kids attempted to fish but when we saw a gator in the water we stayed clear of the lake! We bought a charcoal grill for the house as it didnt have one and we left it for others to use. the kitchen is nice and big however sparse on utensils. we went to dollar tree and bought some and brought them home with us. We had a small problem with the pool alarm but the management company came out on EASTER to repair it!! Wonderful and very nice!!! home is clean and great for larger families. We had a great time and hope to go back again!!

my woundefull visit

My family and I had a woundeful stay here at this beautiful gated community. We felt very safe. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.I look forward to renting this place on my next visit to Florida. Most of all the price is very affordable and it was truly home away from home. I do have one problem need get a music system.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
