Our Beautiful Villa is located in a prestigious gated community on a quiet cul de sac with private facilities that includes fitness, swimming, and recreational facilities. There are 3 championship golf courses and the villa is conveniently located within 10 minutes of glorious beaches at Naples and the neighbouring Marco Island.

Our property has just had a complete tasteful re-decoration to keep it as beautiful and excusite as you would expect which also includes the pool area.

Local activities: Local activities include swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, fishing, water skiing, golf and cycling.

A set of Ping Golf clubs is available to our guests to enable them to play the courses without having the expense of hiring a set. There is also a gents bicycle to use and explore the resort along the many paths but you will require the lock code to be able to use it.

The villa is located on the prestigious gated Lely Resort, in a quiet cul de sac overlooking one of the three Championship golf courses. It is close to all the amenities that Naples has to offer which include, white sandy beaches, beautiful designer shops and restaurants and is also close to Marco Island and the Everglades. Our home is within easy reach of the Interstate 75 (1 mile). If you choose, you could have a very pleasant 3 hour drive to either Bush Gardens or Disney World. Fort Myers and Sanibel Islands are all within easy driving distance from the Villa and make a great day out. Other alternatives to visit are places such as Miami, (1.5 hrs) and the Florida Keys (Daily Ferry).

Notes: Our beautiful luxury villa is nestled in one of the most prestigious gated communities in the Naples area and has been furnished to the highest standard. It is perfectly situated in a quiet cul de sac location. The formal dining area has six large high backed chairs, with chandelier overhead. The other dining area carries the tropical Tommy Bahama theme with glass top table and four high back chairs overlooking the luxurious pool area. There are two lounge areas, one for reading and relaxing and the other has a large corner, reclining, leather settee, looking upon a large entertainment centre. All bedrooms come with satellite TV & DVD/CD. The heated pool and spa area features a large gas barbeque, adjacent to a formal, outside covered eating area, containing an exquisite glass dining table and six chairs. For golfers, there are three championship courses with a fabulous clubhouse. The Resort also features a ' Players club and Spa' where you can eat, swim, play tennis and relax

A beautiful high quality residence and amongst the best we have rented in the 6 years that we have been visiting and renting villa's in Naples & Marco Island. Very well equipped with all the essentials you will need. It's actually the 1st villa we've rented that has actually had enough sun loungers to accomodate its occupants! Being able to have use of the community pool at the Players Club for no additional charge was a real benefit as most other owners appear to make an additional charge for this. There is a great toddlers pool within the Players Club which is completely seperate to the main pool and was perfect for my two year old, most days we had the whole area to ourselves! The caretaker of the property was very helpful and even catered for our shopping essentials so that when we arrived late in the evening we didn't have to make a mad dash to the supermarket. Very good value for money and a great holiday in style & luxury.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities

Home away from home!

Just let me first comment on all the glowing reviews that precede this one--they are 100% true. The villa is well located, well supplied and oh so very comfortable! It quickly became 'our' home. After a day of being out golfing, shopping or at the beach, it was always a pleasure to return. We spent countless hours enjoying the lanai. Even the outdoor chairs were comfy and of course the hot tub was most appreciated. Booking this home was easy as Paul was very accessible by email. It was a pleasure dealing with him. The local caretaker was friendly and readily available when we had a couple of questions. We would definitely recommend this home. In fact, we have already rebooked for next year!

Perfect Holiday Home

Having rented many properties in Naples over the years my wife and I were so pleased to have chosen this lovely home for our very special 'birthday' holiday this year. The house, pool and facilities could not have been better. Thank you so much to Paul and Malcolm for renting us your beautiful house and especially to Paul for all his help in making the transactions so easy. The location was perfect for us and a great base for visiting all our old favourites on 5th and 3rd in Old Naples and discovering some new ones too ( The Garage on the corner of Airport Pulling and Davis is a real blast especially on Tuesday 'Karaoke' night !!)
Membership of The Players Club is a real bonus and a visit To Goodlands on Sunday Afternoons is a must for all 'live' music lovers.
Our best times though were simply relaxing by the pool in this wonderful Lely home.
This property could not be more highly recommended by us.
Well done Paul and Malcolm and thanks again.

A beautiful villa located on a superb golfing complex. The villa has everything you require to make your holiday relaxed and enjoyable. The villa is located close to a Publix and within a short easy drive of the main area of Naples where there are many shops, restaurants and beaches to enjoy. The villa was tastefully decorated, beautifully clean and fully equipped. The pool and deck was also spotless and of a high quality. The owner was also very helpful. This villa comes with our full recommendation.

Our best holiday in Naples

This is the first time that we had stayed in a villa in Naples and we were not disappointed, everything that we needed was in place, the villa was very clean, beautifully decorated, the pool and outside area were to the same outstanding quality. We loved it so much that we are already planning our next trip and would only stay here !! The owner could not have been more helpful. Getting to the shops, restaurants and nearby beaches was so easy, you would need a car though, but the facilities on the resort are the best. Go there, you will not be disappointed ! (Please leave time for us to go back though !)
