It is on 'The Kerry Way ' and only 5 minutes walk into the village where you will find restaurants, pubs, hotels, shops.The house overlooks the 9th hole of the new Skelligs Bay Golf Course to the side of the property and has spectacular seaviews of Ballinskelligs Bay to the front of the property. All rooms are tastefully decorated, bright and spacious. The house comfortably sleeps 8 people with 2 extra large double bedrooms, 2 large twin bedrooms complete with 2 family bathrooms.There is an open plan kitchen,dining/living area with stove fire. The house has all facilities including dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, DVD player, radio, & 3 TV`s. Outside there is a tarmacadam drive , a large lawn with patio area,outdoor furniture, barbeque & breathtaking seaviews. Waterville is a must for golfing, fishing, riding, hill walking, wind surfing, and beach combing enthusiasts.

Golf: Two championship links courses are located in Waterville. World renowned golfers Tiger Woods, Ernie Ells,Mark O`Meara and the late Payne Stewart have all played here.

Outdoor Adventure Activities: Mor Active is a fun outdoor activity centre which specialises in mountaineering, hillwalking, rockclimbing, canoeing, kayaking etc. All ages and fitness levels are catered for.
