This established and prestigious complex of approximately 40 modern 1 and 2 bedroom apartments enjoys stunning panoramic views of the sea, Old Town, harbour and across to the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Los Lobos.

Although restful Lago Verde is a short walk from the main shopping area and the refined night retreats of the harbour frontage.

On the estate you will find a snack/licensed bar conveniently located next to the attractive swimming pool and sunbathing terraces. Local shops, bars and Restaurants are 200 yards away and the town/harbour with a superb selection of fish restaurants are all within 5 minutes walk; sandy beaches are around 12 minutes walk from the complex. The reception is manned by multi-lingual staff and provides all general information, excursion bookings, internet access and safety deposit boxes.

This semi detached Lago Verde owned accommodation has been recently completely refurbished and sleeps up to 5. The bath/shower room is fully tiled. The lounge, with uninterrupted coastal views that constantly grasp your gaze, leads both internally to a modern fitted kitchen area with halogen hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, breakfast bar and also outside to the sun-terrace with separate areas for both sunbathing and al fresco dining. Eating here whilst the ocean sunset concedes to the panorama of the Old Towns lights is a particular pleasure. The apartment is close to the Reception and the Pool and benefits from the great views and no guests above you. It is situated within this secure estate and is central to amenities. The lounge also provides comfort and amenities with CD/Radio player, DVD player and TV showing a selection of satellite channels. Maid Service, House Linen, Towels Provided. Weekly maid service plus towel change.

The maid/cleaning services are provided by the Lago Verde estate themselves. They are extremely reliable and professional. Any problems can be reported direct to Reception on site. Management of the apartment is carried out under direction of the Owner by Lago Verde also. Problems with fixtures or fittings are just reported to Reception. Washing machines are in the estate run Laundry - obtain token and powder from Reception. Pool table is by Pool Bar. Security boxes in Reception. We have just spent a week in Apt 24 at the Lago Verde. The apartment was very well equiped, plenty of space for everyone. There was a large balcony brilliant for both sunbathing and just sitting out for drinks and eating, the view is amazing. The whole complex and pool area was very clean. We found the reception staff to be very helpful and polite.Within walking distance of some very nice restaurants, and amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of visiting Lanzarote.”

“Just returned from Suite 24 lago Verde 17/06/11-24/06/11 had a wonderful stay in this extremely comfortable apartment, stunning views from the balcony of the harbour and Old Town area, lovely sitting on the Balcony enjoying the lovely warm evenings, the best apartment we have stayed in so far on our many visits to Lanzarote, look forward to a return visit in the near future.

just wanted to say thanks, we had a great time and the apartments were lovely.

Bernie was very helpful, as was Reception (although we didn't need them).
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children

The apartment was beautifully kept and the location was perfect - I will definitely recommend it to others. It had everything you needed and was cleaned regularly. The pool was a really good size for a private complex and had a pool bar which served delicious food all day. Hope to be back one day!
