Great Outdoors: There is an outdoor pavilion for guests to huddle around the campfire at night or cool off under the big shade trees in the afternoon with liquid refreshments It's a Beer Garden or Tea Garden--whatever your pleasure.
There are also BBQs for guests use with fresh-cut mesquite wood for the grill.
The fenced compound--clustered around a park-like setting--is nestled along The Nature Conservancy's 600-acre Hassayampa River Preserve. This rare, Sonoran desert oasis is a rich riparian area of cattails, giant cottonwood and willow trees and mesquite groves. Of course we have the famous Arizona saguaro and prickly pear cactus backdrop as well. Don't forget your hiking attire and binoculars to explore our private river trails and lose yourself in the lush foliage of a river outing. The water's edge is about a 2 minute walk out back.
Birders Beware: This preserve's river/mountain/desert terrain is home to some 280 bird species!
