Regal Park is a privately owned friendly complex of 72 apartments in the heart of Candolim, and widely considered the prime resort in Goa. The complex boasts 3 large swimming pools, 24/7 gated security, extensive landscaped gardens, and is only moments away from Fort Aguada Road, with its excellent restaurants, bars & shops. Beautiful Candolim beach is a 5-7minute walk away.

The apartment has air con and inverter (a godsend during power cuts!), and comprises: large lounge, with double doors to 7m long front balcony which overlooks the pool and gardens, kitchen diner, master bedroom (king size bed) opening on to front balcony, second bedroom (2 single beds) with private rear balcony, modern shower room. We provide patio furniture and a hammock seat - perfect for outdoor eating or relaxing. The apartment is beautifully decorated with authentic paintings and has all mod cons - furnished primarily for personal use, so quality is key. It is a real luxury 'home from home' in paradise.

Wow!!! What a wonderful apartment and complex

What a lovely holiday, apartment was absolutely fab, every single thing we needed was available in the apartment. The complex was beautiful and so well tended,.

What a welcome pack!!!

,it was brilliant and so unexpected.

We have stayed in Goa on 10 previous occasions but never anywhere like this it was way above what we expected, just choked because it is already booked for next year: our loss. If you are lucky enough to book this apartment you will not be disappointed

fantastic holiday !!!

could not have asked for a better place to stay it was regular home from home the complex was well tended with us practically having a pool to ourselves most of the time.The apartment itself had EVERYTHING we needed (the washing machine a godsend no washing when we arrived home lol) we could not have asked for anything more. Allen the apartment manager and our taxi driver was great and always on hand to help if we needed him. have booked already for next 2 years so roll on the 12/03 next year we cant wait

Why did we have to come home?

We had booked ages ago and it felt like we were never going to get here, but once we arrived it was 100% worth the wait. regal Park is like an oasis - the fancy gate is opened by the security guards and you get hit by the amazing gardens. The apartment is way better than we thought - in fact, we can say it is the best apartment we have ever rented. We hadn't expected a welcome pack - complete with ab bottle of the local Honey Bee brandy! The apartment is bright and large, with loads of great paintings on the walls and an amazing DVD/book collection. The beds wer super comfy, and the apartment had everything we could need. We came home so relaxed and happy, and booked again with the owners for next year and now have to wait again!

Wonderful Vacation in Goa

Staying in Goa is like living in PARADISE.....

The apartment we stayed in was Fabulous, we just loved the apartment.

BEST HOLIDAY EVER!!!

The pictures in the website don't nearly do the apartment justice, it's perfectly clean , incredibly luxurious and, above all, unbelievably relaxing.

we enjoyed having lunch and fresh juice in the "Mango Grove" every midday and a completely different restaurant in the evenings.

the pools were a breath of fresh air in the heat of the day and were perfect for the kids.

booked next year as soon as i could get to my computer! can't wait!

Candolim is the premium beach resort in North Goa. It has a beautiful sandy beach, surrounded by a host of beach bars and restaurants, and local vendors selling handicrafts and services (including wonderful massages). There are numerous excellent restaurants serving both local and international cuisine for a lively evening out. All you need for a great Goan holiday is based in Candolim, but it is also ideally located to other places should you wish to explore the area. Crazy, chaotic Calangute, young, swinging Baga Beach are both about 3 km, within 30 minutes you can also be at Anjuna Wednesday and Arpora Saturday night markets, the capital Panjim, colonial plantations and Old Goa. Taxis and rickshaws are plentiful and very cheap, and taxi drivers will be willing to do return trips and wait for you for an agreed period of time.

  • The modern white tiled bathroom contains a European style toilet and sink unit, and a shower with glass partition. Hot water is easily available via a 15 litre geyser, which just requires the flick of the switch 10 minutes before water is required. 1 complete set of towels is supplied (note: for apartment use only - beach towels can be bought cheaply in the numerous stalls and shops).

  • There are 2 large bedrooms, both with air-conditioning, ceiling fans and double lockable wardrobes. Each room is furnished with Indian throws on the beds, shot silk curtains, and original oil paintings to decorate the rooms. The master bedroom is at the front of the apartment, and has a king size bed (with American mattress). It has a door leading onto the front balcony, and another door leading to the kitchen/diner area. Mosquito screens on door and window. The second bedroom is at the rear of the apartment, and has a private balcony overlooking the leafy lane which is the access to the complex from the main road. It has 2 single beds (again with American mattresses), but these can be pushed together to make a double bed. Mosquito screens on door and window We also supply a foldaway futon to accommodate a 5th guest, if required.

Notes:
The apartment is furnished to high standards as it is our own holiday home which we use twice a year, and grandparents also use it to get some winter sun. We have bought items to suit our family needs, so we have not compromised on standards with cheap furniture and decor. The apartment will only be rented to non-family up to 12 weeks per annum to help cover annual running costs. We have an inverter (based in the kitchen) which generates electricity for side lights/fridge/fans and TV during power blackouts in the area. When all else is dark, you can still see where you are and keep cool. A godsend!
