Tastefully furnished apartment in Pueblo Montecala, Cumbre del Sol, with sleeping facilities for up to 6. Air-con in the living room and main bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave & washing-machine. Dining area for up to 6 inside and outside on the terrace. Gas BBQ provided. Amazing views of the Sierra Bernia Mountains from the west-facing terrace. 2 private communal swimming pools (1 with lifeguard) with bistro offering food all day and evening entertainment, sun loungers with vast sunbathing area, showers & children’s play area only 1 minute away on foot. Moraig, the closest beach, is only a 5 minutes drive, and the fantastic beach of El Portet only 10 min drive. There are 2 shopping centres nearby with banks, shops, bars & restaurants. Another children's playground is also close by. The beautiful village of Moraira is 10 min drive, Calpe and Denia 1/2 hour drive. Activities available: horse-riding, golf, go-karting, surfing, diving, sailing, fishing, trekking.

Swimming pool facilities: There are 2 large swimming pools with spectacular views 1 minute away on foot. The swimming pools complex is a large private enclosure for the exclusive enjoyment of Montecalas' residents. One of the pools is a beautiful infinity pool with a childrens pool area and the 2nd pool is of Olympic size and counts with the supervision of a full-time life guard all throughout the summer. There are extensive well-cared sunbathing areas with sunloungers, showers and a bistro which offers food all day long and evening entertainment. Their menu is in both in English & Spanish.

Fantastic Location, Amazing Weather - Thank You!

We had the most perfect, relaxing stay here.

Location is breath-taking. Views for miles around! You will need a car though as the hills are VERY steep in places!

The apartment itself was very well kept and had all we needed and more, couldn't fault it in the slightest.

All communication was painless which was handy too.

We are coming back in the future FOR SURE!!

We would certainly recommend to any friends of family!!

Ideal holiday apartment for small family

I stayed here with my wife and 1 year old son in June 2013. The accommodation is ideal for a small family, and very child friendly. A high chair, travel cot and baby bath were all provided free of charge. The apartment is in an area of outstanding beauty and really does have everything you need for a short break. The community pool is just 2 minutes walk away and has an excellent pool bar/ cafe on site (would highly recommend the fish and chip takeaway they do on friday nights). Apartment is ideally located to get to Moraira, Calpe, Denia and is not far from the motorway for longer trips. Would definitely consider staying again

Very nice Apartment / Super Urlaub! Top!

Very nice Apartment. Very good conditions. The Pools we´re safety, clean and hot. The property was clean and has everything you need for staying on holiday with 4 Persons. We were there: 2 Person incl. 1 Child. Top was the veranda with super view to the nearly mountains. Enjoy watching the stars at night at the never ending sky. It was very quiet, so you can sleep whenever you want. If I had a choice, every time again.

Super Ferienwohnung in der Siedlung Cumbre del Sol. Der Pool war nur rd. 4-5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Die Anlage ist sauber, ruhig und vollständig kinderfreundlich angelegt. Es gibt 2 Kinderpools und einen kleinen Spielplatz für die Kleinen.

Die Wohnung ist vollständig eingerichtet. Neben Herd, Ofen und Mikrowelle und Klima (Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer) ist eine Spülmaschine vorhanden. Daneben ein HD-Flachbildfernseher, der jedoch nur spanisches TV anzeigt. Aber wichtige Ereignisse (EM, Formel 1 etc) kann man gucken.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und vollständig eingerichtet. DIe Terrasse war riesig und hatte erst gegen Nachmittag bis zur Dämmerung Sonne. Vollständig uneinsehbar für die übrigen Nachbarn. Man kann dort wunderbar den Tag mit Sternschnuppen- und Sternegucken geniesen.

Falls es mal zu warm wird, Klimaanlage ist vorhanden und geht ruckzuck an.

Abwicklung war super. Paypal-Zahlung möglich und jederzeitiger Kontakt mit Vermieter und Agentur vor Ort möglich. Super dezente Abwicklung, damit man den Urlaub von Ankunft bis Abflug den Urlaub geniesen kann. Kaution war fast schneller zurück als wir mit dem Flugzeug. Beachte jedoch: Unbedingt Mietwagen nehmen, da die gesamte Siedlung sehr steil und nicht unbedingt fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Supermarkt (Top-Brötchen, BILD und alles für den gesamten Urlaub) zu Discountpreisen binnen 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Von Deutschland aus insgesamt Topabwicklung, super Service und immer wieder gerne. Wohnung für max. 6 Leute ausgelegt, aber dann wird es eng. Am besten 2 Erwachsene und bis 2 Kinder. Alles Sicher für die Kleinen. Top-Wohnung von Privat. Kein Vergleich zu Hotels im iberischen Raum. 3-4 Sterne vergleichbar.

Loved the location: quiet with beautiful views near to Moraira and Xabia, both nice places. Appartment has everything you need. The evenings were cold in november, but we had a very nice and relaxed holiday. In the summer you can use the swimmingpools wich are very near and nice too (they were also open now, but it was a bit cold for a swim). If you want a nice & quiet stay at the Costa Blanca, this is a perfect adress.

WONDERFULL HOLYDAYS

From France we came and we spent 2 fantastic weeks in cumble del sol All the conditions were perfect : sunshine, extraordinary view from the flat, beautifull swimming pool, friendly people at the bar, near beach... There is also interesting spot to visit : small beach of benitachell, Benidorm, Calp, Alicante, Moreira. We wish to thank Geny and Suzana. We highly recommand this destination in this flat.

The Northern Costa Blanca has spectacular mountain ranges bordered by the Mediterranean Sea. It is green all year round with lush vegetation of lemons, orange groves, almond, olives and grapevines. It's been rated by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest places with over 325 days of sunshine/year.

Cumbre del Sol is an exclusive residential area with glorious views. On a clear day Ibiza can even be seen. Moraig is a secretive pebbly beach with undersea caves that are explored by scuba divers. Moriara is a pretty bay with its own marina, sandy beaches, shops, restaurants, pretty promenade and shaded park. Calpe, with it's golden beaches and dramatic volcanic boulder, known as Penon de Ifach, is 1/2 hour drive. A must visit is the spectacular castle of Guadalest and also worth seeing are Denia Castle, Algar Falls, Col de Rates, Val de Orb, Altea, Valencia, Alicante, Javea, Benidorm and the Jalon Valley. Theme Parks nearby include Terra Mitica Fun Park and Aqualandia.

Other Activities: Go-karting go-karting at the AV Kart Center, Moriara, and scuba diving at Scuba Moriara, a PADI 5 Star Dive Centre in Moraira.

Golf: Within 7 minutes drive of the apartment is Javea Golf Club situated between Moraira and Javea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include: driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, club bar and restaurant. La Sella Golf Club is 15 minutes drive inland near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 18 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles. This is a private members club open to the public. Facilities include: driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool. Both Javea and La Sella clubs have tennis and squash courts. Within a half hour drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This challenging course has 18 holes, par 72 and 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.
