2 bedroom Semi detached Villa, sleeps 6.

Luxury 2 Bed Semi Detached Villa with Air Conditioning in Kapparis, Paralimni with communal pool, children's pool, play area and gardens. This spacious house has air conditioning and sleeps up to 6 people. The modern fitted kitchen has a washing machine, oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and plenty of cooking utensils. An iron and ironing board are also provided. In the living area is a table and 4 chairs, satellite TV (small selection of english channels), DVD player, CD player and a selection of DVDs. There is also a large comfortable sofa/ sofa bed. The double bedroom has fitted wardrobes (with coat hangers), dress mirror, hairdryer, bedside tables with lamps. Fitted wardrobes are included in the twin bedroom, along with a travel cot (bedding not provided). The bathroom has a shower cubicle. Outside is a large patio area, table, 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers, BBQ and outside shower. I have two wther properties available in the area.

CAR HIRE: Car hire is reasonable in Cyprus, if you intend to hire please remember to bring byour licence.

Kapparis is an all year round resort, an ideal base for exploring not only the east coast and its many coves and beaches but also the north of Cyprus. The Villa is within walking distance of the beaches, souvenir shops, supermarkets, car hire shop, bakery, bars and restaurants. There is also an Internet café. There are several excellent restaurants including Cypriot, Italian, Chinese and English cuisine. Paralimini is the nearest town where there are many shops including a Marks and Spencer! There are also traditional cafés and restaurants, many centred around the picturesque church and main square. Other resorts of Pernera and Protaras can be reached by car in less than 10 minutes, where you will find a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants and other attractions including water parks and mini golf. Ayia Napa is only a 15 minute drive away. You can drive to Cape Greko National Park if you want to get away from it all and relax in the peace and quiet.

Notes

  • A £100.00 non refundable deposit is payable at time of booking. The balance is due six weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of £100.00 is required ( to cover any potential damages) to be paid with the final balance. For lets of over one month larger security deposits may be required. The security deposit will be returned within 10 days of departure provided keys are returned and there is no damage, you will not normally be charged for small breakages such as a glass, cup etc.
    Discount will be given for stays of more than one week and return visitors.

  • The house will be fully cleaned prior to your arrival and after departure. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for the house but please bring your own beach towels.
  • Airport transfer can be arranged if required. This will be pre booked for you and is payable on arrival.

Well where do we start, from booking the holiday Steve was so helpful and even arranged our car hire with Marios who was also very helpful. The villa itself is just like home from home with the sun!!! Everything you need is there from eating in or eating out. The villa has a full oven and/or barbie facilities and nearby lots of quality restuarants, we found the Pig & Whistle great value for breakfast and Farios very good quality meals for evening. The pool area was peaceful and plenty of places to sit and relax or enjoy the facilities whichever you prefer, it has a small bar which serves pub style grub at lunchtime. If you prefer a bit more of a lively scene Protras and Ayia Napa are a short bus ride away if you don't have a car. All in all we had a fab time and will be returning next year with all the family including Grandchilden. Excellent value for money. Thanks Steve

Just got back from our hols and we had a great 11 days. Steve's villa is top class with everything you could want for you holiday. My only top tip would be to hire a car as there is so much to see. If you thinking of visiting this part of the Island then you should definately book this villa, no complaints and the kids loved it.

We all had an amazing holiday in Cyprus,myself,my husband,daughter (19 years) niece (14 years)..The villa was great..clean and comfortable with everything you need..there is a large patio (with bbq) overlooking fields and to the front is the passage to the pool (lime trees and fig trees in abundance) where you'll find a bar and various flavours of ice cream..Kapparis is a small town with a few restaurants and bars,bakery and supermarket..there is a beautiful little beach about 10 min walk away..Protaras is a short drive away (10 min if that),a bit too far to walk though..There's plenty of watersports to be had at numerous beaches between Kapparis and Protaras...We hired a car (driving is the same side of the road as England and the road signs are the same) and saw some of what Cyprus had to offer...Gorgeous country with some wonderfully warm,welcoming people... Brilliant!!!!!

We have just returned from our first experience of Cyprus. A lovely Country and very, very warm...especially in August. The people around us were so friendly, especially the staff around the pool area and other holiday makers. We and our sons (aged 11 and 16) made loads of friends, which really helped make our holiday what it was. Both the owner, Steve and Property Manager Mary were extremely helpful both prior and during our time there. The accommodation was precisely what you see. Good quality, clean and modern. There is a great selection of restaurants and our favourites were Faliros and Karas Taverna. However the Pig and Whistle also offered very good value and wholesome food. Look out for Tony!!!!

We visited the villa in July 2010 for 10 days we found it to be a perfect little getaway.
The villa itself is very well equipped and immaculate.
The weather was glorious and the terrace at the rear of villa so spacious to sit and have evening meals and watch the sunset......the automatic canopy very handy to create shade.
We loved the nearby little harbours both perfect with young children.
Steve was excellent to deal with and everything was hassle free.
The array of DVD's in the villa was excellent too.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
