My name is Rodolfo Todini, I am married with Maria Teresa Parisi, we don't have sons, we are retired and my actual business is buying and restructuring vacation rental for tourists. We have 4 located on the most beautiful and central areas of Rome. I respond personally to the customers and I do the Check-in and Check-out. I like to meet people from all countries. You were three wonderful people. The two months spent in my apartment (November and December) No. 37 Light Street I appreciate my customers as friends and guests.

The cleaning requests were always efficient but the first week: I was warned and I immediately blamed the cleaners: after there was no problem.

I did go to Neil, Terry and Cindy my other apartment in Via Santa Maria in Monticelli 69: It was very apprrezzato.

I can not say more because the apartment is fully equipped and perfect, I normally do with my home checks to see if everything is fine and is the only way to be sure everything is in order.

Le richieste di pulizia sono stati sempre efficienti, ma la prima settimana: Sono stato avvertito e ho subito accusato i detergenti: dopo non c'era alcun problema.

Ho fatto andare a Neil, Terry e Cindy mio altro appartamento in Via Santa Maria in Monticelli 69: E 'stato molto apprrezzato.

Non posso dire di più perché l'appartamento è completamente attrezzato e perfetto, faccio di solito con i miei assegni a casa per vedere se tutto è a posto ed è l'unico modo per essere sicuri che tutto sia in ordine.

Womderful

We were on a 50 day trip to Europe to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Staying at this property was the highlight. We spent 3 weeks roaming all over Rome. How wonderful in the evening to return to this beautiful apartment to relax before heading out to dinner, just a short walk to so many fine restaurants. Rodulfo was so easy to work with and always responded so quickly. The apartment was very well supplied, extremely clean and suited us perfectly.

Wonderful Place to Stay in Rome

We stayed for 8 nights with our adult boys (22 and 25) and had a wonderful time. Key observations.

1. It was easy to work with Rodolfo throughout the process from addressing questions, making a reservation and checking in and out.

2. The apartment is exactly as advertised. It was wonderful to have a washer/dryer and air conditioning. Plus, the apartment is on the third floor and there is a small elevator.

3. The location is wonderful. There are two grocery stores within a 5 minute walk, 2 package stores on the street and literally dozens of restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk.

4. Speaking of walking, we walked virtually everywhere. Its about a 30-35 minute walk to the Vatican and 20-25 minutes to the Pantheon. However, if you need other forms of transportation, there is taxi stand that is 5 minutes away along with the bus and tram stops.

Rome is a beautiful City and we did much sight-seeing during the day. It was great to have a nice comfortable apartment to return to at the end of each day.

Great apartment in great quite location

This was our first visit to Rome. Myself . My wife and 2 kids age 7 and 3 years.

The flat is very clean, specious and quite. There

was Carrefour ( retail shop ), restaurants, bars and the most famous pizzaria in Rome just around the corner. We did most of the sightseen on foot. All the attractions were in walking distance from the flat although we had a 7 year and a 3 year old kids with us we managed to walk to all the famous attractions.

The host was kind and helpful.

If I ever go back to Rome I will try to stay in this flat. I strongly recommend it to everyone specially families with kids.

Wonderful and luxurious apartment

This apartment is an absolute gem! It's incredibly spacious and with every possible amenity. Three women shared the apartment and could not have been more pleased with the comfort and convenient location. It is beautifully maintained. The owner speaks little English so he arranged to have Irina, an English speaker meet us on arrival to orient us to the apartment. She also was very helpful in arranging our taxi to the airport on departure. Rodolfo, the owner, was extremely responsive to all email communication and made it easy for us to make a change in our reservation dates. The location is a 5 minute walk from the main square in Trastevere, has easy access to buses and a nearby taxi stand. Grocers, pharmacy, restaurants, bars are all very nearby. The apartment is in a quiet street and as a special bonus, it's next to the church of San Francesco a Ripa which houses a little visited but phenomenal Bernini sculpture of St. Ludovica. This will be my apartment of first choice on my next trip to Rome.

I want to go back in a heart beat!

My husband and I's trip started off a little rocky but it was only a mixture of language barrier and is not knowing we couldn't arruve at night. My husband and I took a space available flight to Europe so we actually didn't know when we would arrive, we just knew an estimate. But as far as Rodolfo's appartment, it was immaculate. Our family included my husband, myself, and our 1 year old baby. Rodolfo had a baby crib and diapers all perfectly set up and I cannot thank him and his assistant enough for the lovely place to call home for two weeks.

Comfortable apartment.

Very comfortable and clean apartment. All amenities as described. Great location, near food markets, supermarket. Close to bridge. We were 4 seniors and enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this to anyone who wants to be in Rome, but away from the hustle and bustle. A lovely community feeling in Trastevere.
