This beautiful 3 to 5 bedroom townhouse is set on the prestigious Golden Mile in a gated complex of the Andalucian style. Set in lush, green gardens the complex is a quiet and peaceful place but with practically everything you could need on your doorstep.

The luxurious Puente Romano and Marbella Club Hotels are just a few hundred metres away and from here you can follow the marble ‘paseo’ promenade along the beach for a 15 minute walk in either direction to the bustling town of Marbella or to fashionable Puerto Banus with its luxury yachts, designer boutiques and nightlife.

The townhouse benefits from sea views as well as panoramic views of ‘La Concha’ Mountain close by.

Golf: Arco Iris is perfectly positioned for all year round golfing holidays. There are plenty of golf courses close to the Golden Mile, around Marbella and Puerto Banus. The climate is perfect for all year round golfing.

You can choose to rent just the house (3 bed, 3 bath, sleeps 6) or for a small extra charge you can also incorporate the annexe (total 5 bed, 4 bath, sleeps 10) which is formed as a basement apartment below the house and connected to the ground floor large L shaped terrace via stairs. Both the house and the apartment annexe have their own kitchen, diner and living areas making this ideal for two families to have their own privacy when required but also to be able to join each other on the terrace for meals or when using the pool area. Please note that we do NOT let the apartment annexe separately. The townhouse is set over 3 floors (4 floors incorporating apartment annexe). The main double bedroom is on the top floor with its own balcony offering sea views and ensuite bathroom featuring Jacuzzi bath and WC. The next floor down features two other bedrooms – one double with ensuite featuring Jacuzzi bath and WC and the other being a twin bedroom with own balcony overlooking gardens.

We've been renting our villa house and apartment since 2007. I co-own the house with two other guys from the UK.

Tony Beckwith purchased this house in 2004

We bought this property because it is in such a wonderful area. Close to the Golden Mile, the beach is a short walk away and the famous Marbella Club Hotel is just down the road. This really is a very fine area and situated halfway between Marbella and Puerto Banus.

The most unique thing about our property is that it is a house and apartment all in one building. Ideal for two families as each family has their own private lounge and kitchen but can share the large terraces which are ideal for lunch/drinks whilst taking in the sea and mountain views.

BEAUTIFUL VILLA!

We have been here to spend 2 weeks and really found a very nice spot. The house with a lot of space within 3 floors and big terraces as well as a cute balcony facing either well-tended pool area or - even better - awesome seaview offered everything we expected. The whole area with its surroundings is absolutely recommendable! We are 3 adults and 3 kids and everyone enjoyed our stay very much. glad we found this great location on marbella's golden mile. :-) personally wanna thank the owner, too. everything was uncomplicated and well organised!

GREAT VILLA!

We had a lovely holiday at this villa! Perfect for families as well. We were 4 adults and 3 kids so the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was just right! Really nice with the large terraces, and easy access to pool. We were there at end of September, so pretty much the only ones around the pool i.e. felt like our private pool. Beach is close by, about 1k, but we chose to drive (easy to park right by the beach). We are keen tennis players so the nearby Romane Punto Hotel nearby with first class tennis courst were a great asset! All in all a great place!

IDYLLIC!

I spent a fantastic week in the house together with 5 female friends, we all wanted to have a girls-getaway with the combination of lazy days in the sun and shopping/clubbing possibilities and this location really has it all!

The house was great; high comfort, beautiful views, great terasses with gas grills, ensuite bathrooms and everything you needed was there! Also within just a 10 min walk one reached a fantastic beach! The poolarea is just outside and we were almost always alone there so it felt like "our own" pool. The foodcourt (Supersol on the Golden Mile) is a bit of a walk though but the taxis are cheap and realiable so there was not a problem going grocery shopping by taxi. There are buses trafficking the golden mile as well. However I would recommend renting a car as one would also be able to go sightseeing to the areas around (Gibraltar, nerja, la Alhambra etc).

I really want to recommend this holiday house for anyone who is looking for a holiday in the sun and to have a relaxing time but at the same time have the closeness of Marbella and Porto Banus with shopping/dinner/clubbing/sightseeing possibilities.

AMAZING TIME AT GREAT VILAL IN MARBELLA

My group and I had a wonderful stay at the villa. We had 10 people and rented both the villa and the annexe. The first thing we noticed was how comfortable the beds were, as well as how nice the showers were. The whole place was very clean, and the living room was great for hanging out and very roomy. The views from the terrace are immaculate in all directions with the coast and mountains in plain sight. The walk to the beach was very quick as well. It was also very nice that some of the rooms had a personal balcony. The villa was lovely and in a very nice community. We would definitely choose to come back in the future.
