Apartment in luxury building in the center of Prague in the Vinohrady district. The apartment has one bedroom with double bed, separate living room with a convertible sofa, fully equipped kitchen, free internet access, cableTV

Furnishings have been made with taste and quality products. The bedroom is facing a courtyard (black out curtains) which will allow a very comfortable sleep in deluxe quality sheets with real feather quilt and pillows.

Amenities will be provided upon your arrival with shampoo, soap in the bathroom and tea and coffee in the kitchen to ensure you a smooth breakfast after your arrival.

Newly renovated and close to bars and restaurants in Vinohrady, you will also find a little further down our street, a grocery store if you prefer to cook. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the equipment you may need (hotplates, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, oven and Nespresso coffee machine).

Only 3 minutes walk from Namesti Miru Metro (and 1 minute from the tram station Jana Masaryka) and only 8 minutes to Wenceslas Square.

The green subway line takes you to the castle and is also on the same line as the bus to the airport

light, and bright in a quiet residential area

The apartment is very much as shown in the photos, spacious bedroom and lounge/dining area, with high ceilings and a pleasant aspect from both bedroom and living areas however attention to detail in cleaning sadly let this property down. A greasy, crumb filled tray in the oven, under-counter bin area needed cleaning. On the washing machine located in a cupboard near the entrance a pile of dirty rags, bucket, container of paint, and a jumble of brooms and grit on the washing machine. No bin liners were supplied for the under-counter bin, less than half a toilet roll, and one tea towel for a five day stay seemed rather frugal. The Owner was prompt and helpful with emails and details of the apartment, location etc.

Owner's Response: Der William, First of all let me thank you to take the time to give your comments. It is always helpful of how to improve the rental. I feel really sorry about the oven and I talked to the cleaning lady so it never happens again. Regarding the cupboard, we are rather using it "internally" to store cleaning tools, pot of paints and rags to protect floor when we are retouching paint (that we are doing everymonth to ensure proper and clean flat). However as there is the washing machine, we prefer to give access to the tenants free of charge (even with the cleaning products stored there) as it gives a free extra service.than to lock it. For bin liners, towel, as I explain to every tenant and it is written in the welcome book, you can contact me anytime 24hours a day and i would have delivered to you some (even if we are not a serviced appartment). It is a pity you did not find the time to contact me or knock at my door as I live in the flat next to it. Hope though you enjoyed your stay in Prague and flight back home

Great Place!

We are family of 4 - two adults and two teens - who stayed here for the weekend on our first visit to Prague. It was a lovely place that I highly recommend to others. The neighborhood is an older, elegant one. The pubs and restaurants nearby (within five minutes) are great. Wencelas Square is about a 10-15 minute walk (depending on the speed of your teenagers). The tram, although we didn't use it, was very close by to the flat as well. The apartment itself was comfy--wifi and a Nespresso machine made everyone on our trip happy in the basic necessities department. The flat is very tastefully decorated. Bertrand was kind and helpful, offering us useful tips for our visit and a welcoming bottle of Czech champagne. We had access to and used the parking lot and given the parking situation in Prague we are glad we did. A wonderful visit. You won't go wrong renting this place! Thanks Bertrand!

I was a little bit skeptical about the location but indeed you were right, it is perfect location to visit the city, quiet and very charming district and not in the noisy and pricy old town and only 5mn from old town by the tram

I highly recommend to anyone coming to Prague, choice N°1

Outstanding owner for a light,bright and amazing f

Thank you Bertrand for helping our fist amazing holidays in Europe. Flat is wonderfully located and very well furnished. It is a really bright flat like the pictures and it is even bigger than the pictures..

We really appreciated having a small Christmas tree on this period, it was a really nice touch.

Flat is very clean, well equipped with nice amenities and very good linen and towel quality

It was nice having a Christmas Market close to the flat. Would recommend to go there instead of the big one as there are too much people there

A very nice and confortable apartment

We lived three days in this quiet, well furnished, clean and homely aparment, close to the main rail station (two Metro stops) and close to the downtown (five Tram stops). Inside there was all you need, even a little collection of film in DVD (in French language) and a very helpful guide of Prag (in French language), that we used during our visit of the city. The owner is very kind and also accurate and fast during the initial exchanges of mails, to arrange our arrival. Inside the refrigerator there was also a bottle of Czech sparkling wine and in the kitchen we've found a "Nespresso" coffee machine accompanied by sugar, tee and coffee. The bad room was spacious, warm and with a very comfortable bathtub. The sleeping room was spacious and quiet. The soft floor lamp in the living room and the stereo sound system created a romantic atmosphere.

Très bel appartement

Accueil agréable, nous avons apprécié la bouteille de champagne en guise de bienvenue, l'appartement est très lumineux, spacieux et la déco est très sympa. Le quartier est calme et bien situé à environ 10 mn du métro. A refaire!
