This is a lovely house with a beautiful garden, ideally placed for the south coast beaches and entertainment. It's on a quiet, unpaved, slightly overgrown lane which one of our taxis wouldn't travel down. It's only about 30 metres, but annoying having to carry bags. The lady who met us was very nice, and provided plenty of information about the property on arrival. We were a couple of minutes walk from the road with regular bus services to Bridgetown or Oistins and beyond. All bedrooms were air conditioned, whilst the living room relied on fans. There was a generous welcome pack in the fridge, which was much appreciated. The house was pleasantly decorated, with some interesting artwork on display.
A lovely chap called Vike comes in regularly to look after the garden, and if you ask nicely, may be able to give you a ripe mango from the tree in the garden.
We would stay again, and recommend to others.
The only thing that grated a little was the repeated insistence that if you used more that BD$12 per day in electricity, you would be charged extra. I understand that reducing energy use is important, but, as an operator of luxury self catering properties in Cornwall, this is not the way to do it.
Best wishes
