Situated in the heart of trendy Upper Street, Angel, N1, the apartment is completely refurbished to a high standard with modern furnishing and décor. It includes WIFI Internet, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen, and automatic central heating. This is a self-contained private apartment with no shared facilities. Just minutes away from London’s most exciting and popular attractions, this flat has everything you will need for a comfortable living experience in London.

Located in very safe and eco-friendly neighborhood, the apartment is walking distance from many restaurants, shops, and local supermarkets. Transport by metro/tube, bus, and even bicycles are available nearby.

The open plan living room area hosts a couch that converts into a double sofa bed for additional guess, as well as an extra guest bed. A dining table can be found in the living room for meals. The entertainment system includes a 32-inch digital TV, cable TV service, Blu-Ray & DVD player surround sound system, I-pod/I-phone speakers. There is fiber optic wireless broadband throughout (WIFI). A courtesy UK mobile phone is provided for your use during your stay.

The bedroom is furnished with a double-size bed fitted with a top quality memory foam mattress and fresh linens. The apartment benefits from blackout blinds for total darkness for a comfortable nights sleep, both in the bedroom and in the living room area for those sleeping on the sofa bed.

A walk-in shower can be found in the bathroom along with fresh towels, a hair dryer, and a selection of shampoo and soaps for your convenience.

Making meals is easy with the fully equipped open plan kitchen including: fridge and freezer, gas hob, oven, and microwave. what a weekend

We have a regular maintenance program to keep the apartments in top condition, and just had incidentally a regular inspection and it's time for new bedding after 4 months indeed. We use British brand m&s and are buying new beddings for this apartment immediately. We never had complaints about bedding before and take feedback very seriously. Great location, Good Accomodations

This flat is right in the middle of Upper Street with easy access to shopping, restaurants, bus stops, and the train. Getting around was very convenient. The flat itself was clean and comfortable. Paulo's group was quick to respond to requests. The staircase is a little challenging with large baggage and middle aged knees and the bedding could stand to be replaced, but overall, we were well pleased. The people in the other flat were quiet enough that we barely knew they were there and the street noise was not a problem. The last night of our stay, however, a rowdy group moved in and kept us up all night with there coming and going.

Excellent, Affordable Accommodation

We stayed in the flat for 3 weeks and really enjoyed our stay. The flat was clean and well appointed as described with a complete kitchen, including dishwasher, glass top stove and oven, along with a combination clothes washer and dryer. While we were there, the owner Paulo looked after our every needs and even showed up one day with a Cappuccino maker, complete with a variety of coffee choices. The bedroom at the rear of the flat was quiet at night while the lounge was bright and pleasant during the day and evenings. Recent renovations have resulted in a modern appearance throughout. The neighbourhood is absolutely perfect for any traveller with its many shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and pubs. The night life in the evenings makes the whole area safe and fun to stroll about. Convenient tube stations at Angel or Highbury/Islington are only a 10 minute walk away. We enjoyed the food at the Pera restaurant below the flat as well as others in the area, including the quite affordable Jamie's Italian (Jamie Oliver) near Angel tube station. We will definitely stay there again and recommend it to other travellers who are looking for affordable accommodation in a trendy neighbourhood (Islington) of London.

Angel and Highbury and Islington underground stations are on the same street as the apartment. St.Pancras station and its Eurostar terminal to Paris and Brussels is less than a 20-minute walk away. Many buses into the centre and other parts of London can be found literally on your doorstep, and the West End can be reached in 15 minutes.

Famous for its nightlife, buzzing Angel offers an impressive choice of entertainment, from bars and restaurants, to renowned theatres such as the Almeida and Sadler’s Well Dance Theatre. Several live music venues are also close by, the Union Chapel, O2 Academy Islington and The Garage to mention some. And right on Upper Street: “Union Chapel is one of the most beautiful settings to enjoy live music in London and has a totally unique atmosphere” said Tim Arthur, editor-in-chief of Time Out London.
