This luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom (2 baths en suite) beachside apartment on the first floor with lift, situated between San Pedro and Estepona and only 7 kms from Puerto Banus. The apartment benefits from air conditioning, large sea facing terrace overlooking landscaped gardens, with lovely swimming pool, children's pool lit at night and a gymnasium . The beach is approx. 100 metres away with a several local beach bars and restaurants.

Las Terazas de Costalita in the Cancelada area is situated on a wide stretch of golden sand with water sports, horse riding school and popular beach bar/restaurant with live entertainment on Sunday afternoons. Just outside the complex is a newly built promenade where one can take a leisurely walk. Various local restaurants are within easy reach. To sit and watch the world go by Puerto Banus is approx.7 km away. The beautiful mountain village of Benhavis is approx. 10 minutes drive. Supermarkets and commercial centre are also close by.

This security gated beach side complex with private path leading to beach benefits from 5,000 square metres of landscaped gardens and leisure area. The resort's benefits from a putting green and also a private gym which has a unique aquarium style

window looking into the pool. There is a separate children’s pool and children’s sandpit.

May I take this opportunity to compliment the cleanliness of the

apartment and the introduction by Nicky on access to the block

and use of the facilities, she was first class.

Nicky had the apartment gleaming and was a fountain of knowledge,

I would be doing her a disservice if I didn’t mention this.



We have experienced holiday homes which were nowhere close to

your own in terms of facilities, cleanliness and friendly introduction



I would definitely recommend the apartment to all my friends and

would/will use it again in the future.



Please also let Andy (from Blackpool) know we were asking for him

and he mentioned you a few times, he’s a character and also a good

supplier of where to go and what to do.

We are Eunice and David Conway and have been married for 32 years. We own our own Estate Agency in the United Kingdom and we are both involved in the running of it. The business has been established for 21 years. We have 2 grown up children, a beautiful little grandaughter and another grandchild due next month. Our happiest times are when our kids come to the apartment with us, seeing our 3 year old grandaughter enjoy the swimming pool and the beach is a real joy.

We feel that if we were renting our apartment we would be very happy. It has beautiful gardens and swimming and is practically on top of the beach too. It is lovely and peaceful ... it is our little piece of heaven and tranquility when we go there... Yet you are only 8 minute drive from Puerto Banus and close to so many other towns if you do wish to see more life.

We fell in love with everything about the apartment and complex... With 24 hour gated security you can rest in the knowledge that you are hopefully safe. At night the gardens are so pretty with beautiful lanterns and pathways.... it really does look magical.
