Perfect flat in perfect location.

The property is perfectly located, close to many shops, pubs, restaurants and transit locations. It is beautifully appointed and anything you can think of is provided. Communication was prompt, check in easy. We would absolutely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends. Thank you Mattie for the lovely accommodation.

Absolutely Perfect!

What an absolute gem! My husband and I spent Thanksgiving weekend in London this year and since we had never visited the city, wanted a very central location. We could not have been more pleased. We walked to every imaginable attraction and in the evening returned to Covent Garden to enjoy a vast array of restaurant and pub choices. The apartment itself was pristine with every imaginable amenity including coffee, tea and milk. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot with great pressure, and even though it was a bit chilly in November, we even enjoyed the roof top deck. Mattie was an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end, and went out of her way to accommodate our check in/checkout schedule. I highly recommend this apartment for a visit to London!

Perfect Location

I loved staying in Neal Street. It could not be better situated for the opera, theatre and some lovely shops.In spite of being right in the centre of things it was very quiet at night. In the hot weather we have had this summer the roof terrace was a real bonus. The view from the roof demonstrated a certain British eccentricity! The flat had everything one requires and I was given a warm welcome.

Rooftop terrace made every evening special

The flat was clean and well appointed--every bit as nice as the pictures. Anthea greeted us with fresh bakery, freshly cut roses and a smile, a reassuring welcome after a long flight. She had great recommendations for dining an authentic Indian restaurant just steps away, and "the hopper" bus tour to get oriented to the big picture. The terrace made every evening special, with a view of roof tops straight out of Mary Poppins! The flat is in an ideal location in the heart of theatre district with easy access to many points of interest either walking or via underground. Great restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops all around us. Easy commute, both coming and going, between Heathrow and Covent Garden stops on the Underground Piccadilly line. Convenient walk between the station and the flat with our rolling luggage. We also used the washer and dryer--nice insurance policy against lost luggage. (Yes, it happens.)
