This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom quality apartment is situated in an elevated position with fabulous views overlooking Los Flamingos championship golf course, the 5 star Hotel Villa Padierna and beyond to the sea. Superb pool, kiddie’s pool, manicured lawns & gardens and paddle tennis court in 24 hour secure complex, 5 minutes from beach. It has its own patio with dining & coffee tables, comfortable seating, sun loungers and private lawn area.The complex has manned 24 hour security, underground parking & lift. The property includes a very large lounge and dining area, kitchen and two bathrooms. Brand new Satelite TV in lounge & bedroom, Radio/CD player & DVD.The kitchen is fully fitted with built in Bosch appliances and utensils, table and chairs and a separate utility room with washing machine & dryer.The bedrooms are nicely furnished with built in robes, the master with ensuite and a second bathroom. A set of decent golf clubs is available, all towels (inc 2 beach) and linen is provided.

Notes: Marbella, Puerto Banus, San Pedro and Estepona are within a ten minute drive. Granada, Gibraltar, Malaga, Seville, Cordoba, Cadiz, Jerez and Ronda are all in drivable distance. Special car rental rates available- ask the owner.

This lovely ground floor apartment at Royal Flamingos is located on the exclusive Flamingos estate overlooking the 6 star Hotel Villa Padierna.(holiday venue for MIchelle Obama in 2010). Ideal for those seeking the sun with many beaches and golf courses within a 5 minute drive. Flamingos is 45 minutes from Malaga airport situated between the E15/AP7 toll road and the A7/N340 coast rd from Malaga to Gibraltar. The complex is 6 years old, all apartments are sold however it is quiet with a number of owner occupied residents, it has manicured lawns, three swimming pools & superb gardens situated in an elevated position above the Los Flamingos championship golf course and the village of Cancelada 2 km from the sea. Selwo wildlife park, Benahavis a clasic whitewash village, Marbella, Puerto Banus,San Pedro & Estepona with great beaches, esplanades, marinas,markets, restaurants, tapas bars and supermarkets are within a 5/10 minute drive. Malaga,Gibraltar & Ronda are an easy day trip, Seville, Cadiz, Jerez, Granada & the Sierra Nevada are less than 2 hours drive.

Golf: The property overlooks the Los Flamingos golf resort which has two championship 18 hole courses and one fun course.. We have now had two delightful visits to this apartment for a winter break. The description provided is truly comprehensive and accurate. The owner has put much care into his consideration for all visitors. In a lovely scenic position, quiet and secure, it was a home from home. Ideal location for touring around or a peaceful haven for chilling out in luxury.

Lots of wonderful restaurants in the vicinity or choice of nearby supermarkets for catering if you dine in. We even had a surprise outing of golf thanks to the set of golf clubs thoughtfully provided.

This letting is very good value with reasonable fees and can be thoroughly recommended.
Owner's Response: It is always good to have positive comments. I am hoping the visitors will bring their grandchildren back in the summer as the ground floor apartment is wonderful for young children and fully equipped with a large fold away baby cot and high chair with a lovely swimming and paddle pool within a 100 metres.

Relaxing break in a luxury apartment

We have visited twice and already booked a third time! It is close to many local amenities yet in a peaceful location with magnificent views. The complex is beautifully landscaped with a choice of three clean, good sized swimming pools.
The apartment is well maintained with high quality, comfortable furnishings and top of the range appliances. The large, private terrace is ideal for dining al fresco. Alternatively, the nearby village has very good restaurants and a well stocked supermarket.
Location wise the apartment is ideally situated to visit Malaga, Marbella, Estepona, Ronda, Gibraltar and the surrounding mountains. It is also within easy reach of some great beaches.
The information provided before our stay and at the apartment was accurate and helpful.
We would highly recommend the apartment.

Exclusive luxury in superb location

Have just returned from a two week stay in this apartment - everything as described but leaving the actual reality of what we hired until we arrived. This location is superb within a short drive from many beaches but to be honest relaxing by the pool in peaceful surroundings was mainly my choice - excellent gardens, three good size pools, superb views and pleasant owners/tenants. A true home away from home.
All details provided by Phillip were very accurate and couldn't have been easier to find. Excellent security and secure underground parking.
Would certainly recommend to anyone as we will be back!!!

We have just returned from a wonderful week in the sun at Los Flamingos. The apartment on Los Flamingos was exactly as described, spacious, bright, comfortable, clean and very secure.
We couldn't have been much closer to the pool to be honest, about 20 paces and pretty much every morning we had it completely to ourselves, definitely no issue with overcrowding!
Only one criticism, which is nothing major at all but the apartment could do with some more crockery to make better use of the dishwasher but other than that, there was everything that we needed and more, with beach umbrella, mats, buckets etc in the cupboard, even golf clubs downstairs (which we didn't use)!
The resort hotel itself was beautiful and the views from the pool over the golf course and out to sea outstanding - it couldn't be in a better position.
A visit to Benhavis is a must, a lovely little town to wander around - we ate in Gruffino restaurant which is obviously very popular as there were queues outside so make sure you get there before 8pm!
Nearest supermarkets, Mercadona & Super Sol are a ten minute drive or there is Carrefour just off the Estepona turning (158) of N340 which stocks pretty much everything you could want and prices very reasonable.
Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this excellent apartment. This is the first time we have based ourselves so far west of the Costa del Sol, but the area was convenient for Estepona, Marbella and San Pedro, which was a real discovery. Very convenient for Gibraltar. Apartment is massive, very cool with excellent air con and very clean. Kids loved the pools which we often had to ourselves (one just outside the apartment). Excellent grounds maintenance (grass watered several times per day!) Located right beside golf course which seemed to be permanently empty. Friendly security guards who were helpful as we had battery issues with the key fob getting in and out of the garage! Stayed 6 nights but could have stayed much longer. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone.
