Renovated Retro Style + Park Views

This 3-bedroom cottage is situated on the beach side of trendy Pt Elliot, opposite the beautiful Lakala Reserve. The reserve has three ponds, fountains, kids' play equipment, trees, ducks and a market every second Saturday. It is a lovely location to walk the dogs or just enjoy the relaxing views from the house. The beach and local cafes, pubs, book shops and more are a short walk away.

The property has a retro beach house theme and has a contemporary kitchen (with dishwasher), a new bathroom with walk-in shower, and timber floorboards throughout. There is a big deck to the rear of the property (with a gas BBQ) and a porch to the front with a café setting.

3 Bedrooms (sleeps 6 people):
• One BR with 1 Queen bed
• One BR with 1 Double bed
• One BR with Bunk beds (2x Singles)

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied.

Pet Friendly

The backyard is fully fenced. The fence is dog-proof wire fencing and is approx 1.2M high. The backyard is a garden. There is a big park across the road for dogs that love a good run on grass.

Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $16 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $32 for 1 night.

Clean, pet friendly and great location
We were impressed with the property. It offered everything we required, was configured well for a small dog, and was perfectly located in Port Elliot. The property was very clean and air conditioning worked well on the 40+ degree day we experienced. Would recommend to those with a pet.

No towels
Lovely property but we think the non supply of towels is unusual these days and surprising when other linen is supplied. At least highlight the fact further up the property description and in bold print. We missed the fact as it was a late booking and we were more concerned with the number of bedrooms. Drying myself with yesterday’s shirt and a hairdryer was a challenge!
