Custom construction throughout: Inside the main house, 'Never Moor', there are beautiful antique oak wide-plank flooring and imported limestone tile throughout; built-in entertainment/china cabinets and two cable HDTV's and Bluetooth music system in the main living/dining/kitchen area; custom-designed nautical metalwork; central air conditioning; two primary bedroom suites, each with private bath and cable HDTV; two other bedrooms, each open onto private porch; loft with trundle bed; outdoor shower with enclosed dressing area.

Across the crushed seashell-paved motor court is 'A Little Moor', a 1-bedroom, 1-bath 2nd-floor carriage house apartment with ocean views from the combined kitchen/living/dining room. Fully equipped, it also includes cable HDTV, Bluetooth music system, a full-size sofa bed, washer and dryer, central air conditioning. Rental of the carriage house apartment is available exclusively to guests of the main house and can be deleted for a credit of $437 per day.

Perfect House!

The house was in perfect condition and communication with the owner was seamless. It was so close to the venue we needed to make it to and not a far drive from downtown at all. And a reasonable price for our group on top of all that. I would definitely stay again!

Perfect in every way

From checking in to checking out. Everything was absolutely perfect! If there was a higher rating - Mark’s home would deserve it. The kitchen has everything you would need and more. We had a family dinner pre-wedding and a welcome cocktail hour the following night. We brought 10 x10 tents and lights in case of rain - which the East has seen a lot this summer and the yard lends itself perfectly - large and level. The home is in an ideal location - quiet neighborhood but close enough to bike (our 7 year old grandson did the ride multiple rides - to town -Cisco- the ferry & beach). There are bike paths everywhere. The weekend was better than I could have imagined much of that had to do with the help Mark gave us over months leading up to our son’s wedding — including a reminder to reserve the car ferry! Which was key. All in all it was the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in.

Perfect wedding weekend!

Our family had a wedding on Nantucket and this was the perfect house for us! Everything we needed was there, very comfortable for the 12 of us!! Can’t wait to go back!!
