3 bed villa in pretty rustic surroundings with private pool and free Wi-Fi.

Las Higueras is a charming, pretty and rustic community with private individual villas all with their own patio and splash pool. The tennis club is only a 15 minute stroll and the nearest shops and restaurants are about 10 minutes walk. The large roof solarium offers fabulous views to the Mar Menor and North Golf Course.

One of the best features of our villa is that it has a large patio area which provides lots of space for you and your guests to while away the hours in the all-round year sunshine. The private pool, which can be heated, will provide endless hours of fun for the children under your watchful gaze! The external steps lead to the large roof solarium which gives you stunning views of La Manga and the Mar Menor and is the perfect setting for that evening drink under the stars!

Entertainment: Satellite/Cable TV is provided free of charge and has access to many popular channels including Sports, BBC and ITV networks, cartoon, music and other channels. There is a telephone for use internally within La Manga Club however, external calls are payable locally and a credit card deposit will be required by our management company upon arrival.

Free broadband and Wi-Fi available within the villa.

Outside: The private pool can be heated at an extra charge. There is a covered car parking area for 1 car but extra parking is available within a minute walk of the villa in the private car parking area for Las Higueras residents.

General Information & Amenities: There is a supermarket, gift shops and restaurants all within 10/15 minute walk of our villa. The tennis club is a 20 minute walk. La Manga club offers over 16 restaurants and caters for all tastes and budgets, ranging from burgers, pizza and pasta to 5 star Mediterranean cuisines. The nearby fishing village of Cabo de Palo has excellent seafood restaurants and a quaint harbour atmosphere, especially on Sunday (market day). The nearest village of Los Belones is always expanding and has several excellent restaurants and a variety of shops. Other facilities on the 5-star resort of La Manga Club include spa, medical services, banks, children’s club and various academies during peak months. Guests staying at our villa are entitled to a 50% golf and tennis discount.

  • £200.00 per week deposit payable by bank transfer to secure booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before departure by bank transfer.
    Pool heating is available at £175.00 per week during November - March and £165.00 per week April - October, and is payable 8 weeks prior to departure.
    Rental Price includes arrival & departure clean and linen/towels for up to 6 guests.
    Mid-stay cleans and linen changes are provided for holidays of 14+ nights, however, if you require these as an extra for stays of less than 14 days, this can be arranged and is payable locally on resort.

  • The large master bedroom opens out directly onto the main patio area. It has its own en-suite with separate shower, bath, toilet and bidet and double basins. Each room has reverse cycle air conditioning/heating. The bedroom has a double bed, dressing table and wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The second bedroom has two twin beds, with doors leading onto the front garden area, a dressing table and plenty of storage space. The third bedroom has its own en-suite with bath and shower, toilet, bidet and single basin. It has two single beds. It has its own private doors leading onto the patio and would make an ideal guest room for friends/grandparents.

The owner was fabulous to deal with when booking and most helpful with information. The villa is lovely, very spacious with everything you need and having the baby extras was a god send. I had a 5 month baby and a two year old who spent all his time in the private pool. The outside space was great with dining. I would highly recommend the resort and this villa in particular and will definately return. The restaurants and staff at La Manga were very good and great value for money.

Great holiday villa, but in need of a bit of TLC

The property provides ideal holiday accomodation. Although all the villas appear tightly packed in on this development they are so well laid out that there is a spacious feel both inside and outside the property. All the facilities within the property were as advertised and covered all needs for an enjoyable holiday, and the owner provided full and helpful information in advance of our visit.
My only criticism of the property itself is the precarious parking at the side of the villa, down a sharp slope into a fairly narrow parking space, but we did get used to it after a few days.
It is located in a nice quiet area, but only a fairly easy 10 minute walk to one of the busier areas with restaurants and bars.
Our holiday was however slightly spoiled by the fact it took 5 days to repair a non functioning air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms which is essential in the height of the summer, but the owner did get very actively involved in rectifying this after I contacted her directly (having had no success to that point in dealing directly with the management agents).
For a premium rental property (which the property itself definitely is) it could maybe do with a bit of TLC (litle bits of minor maintenance and generally freshened up) and a deep clean in some areas (especially wardrobe louvre doors). Subject to these relatively easily resolved issues I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Lovely spacious villa

This is a lovely spacious villa with a pool that is bigger than it looks on the photos. We had a very enjoyable week here in June - my husband and son enjoyed the wonderful golf courses while I relaxed by the pool.The villa is very well equipped and you have everything you need on the La Manga resort.Booking with the owners is very straight forward and the management company on the resort were very helpful.

Lovely villa

A very spacious and lovely villa, not far from the shops, beach and an amazing golf resort. Had it been summer we would certainly have made use of the patio and roof terrace with lovely views. The villa is equipped with everything you need and the space in the villa is very welcoming especially when you have 2 sets of golf clubs you want to store away! I would recommend this villa to anyone and I look forward to staying here again in the future. Many thanks.

Fantastic Villa - Great Location

This Las Higueras villa offers everything you would want in a villa at the fabulous La Manga Club. The pictures don't do it justice. This is a really good sized villa, well presented and well equipped with a fantastic terrace and pool area. Located in a beautiful area and offering fantastic views over La Manga Club from the huge roof terrace. My wife & I spent a fantastic sun filled week here in November and have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone considering a stay at La Manga Club.

PS: The owners are very efficient at handling the booking & sending information.
