A choice of three ajoining self-catering holiday chalets on well run family site. All are fully equipped and comfortable, a home-from-home. Suitable for families, couples or friends. Within a short walking distance of beautiful sandy beaches and lovely country walks. Close to all local amenities including convenience store, swimming pool, fish and chip shop, amusements, pub, club and restaurant. Situated a few miles from the popular seaside town on Great Yarmouth and the historic city of Norwich. Within easy reach of the beautiful Norfolk Broads and other beaches of the attractive coastline. Whether you want a quiet break from the hustle and bustle of life or a week packed with entertainment and things to do, the choice is yours.

Available for weekly, mid week and weekend breaks, the owner will try to accomodate your requests. The owner, Penny, has three chalets to rent, these are ideal for friends or family to holiday together but offer each the privacy of their own facilities. Available to rent either individually or together, check what is available by emailing or phoning Penny, the owner.

Sunbeach Holiday Village: Sunbeach and the adjoining California Sands share the use of a swimming pool, general store, amusements and club house. Both sites are well maintained and are family run.The holiday chalets are well maintained and cleaned by the owners before each stay.

Ample parking is available at the rear of all three chalets. The three chalets are next door to each other and are ideally suited for families or friends to holiday together, giving each their own space.

Well behaved dogs are welcome on the site and can be accommodated in chalets 143 and 144 for a small additional fee of £25. All dogs must be kept on leads when in the Holiday Village grounds.

A beautiful sandy beach is within a short walk from the chalets.

The popular holiday town of Great Yarmouth is just 5 miles away, ideal for days out, shopping & entertainment.

The Norfolk Broads are within 2 miles and offer the chance to take to the water, enjoy relaxing walks or observe the wildlife.

All beds are a modern metal design, extra comfortable mattresses are provided for the double beds. Each bedroom is compact but has ample storage space in double width wardrobes. The double bedrooms have fitted wall heaters to ensure you stay warm enough early and late in the season. Twin rooms have a portable electric heater. An extra fold up bed and duvet is also provided in each chalet to cater for another person to stay, if required.

Each chalet has a free-view digital receiver for the television, giving access to additional stations.

The living rooms all have a large electric heater to warm the living area quickly to the required temperature. Set this and it will come on with the aid of its built in thermostat.

Entry to the Oasis Club and swimming pool is available for a small fee, eg. Oasis Club entry per night is £2 for adults, 3-15 -50p children under 3 are free, weekly chalet swimming passes are also available.

The chalet is a self catering two bedroom, single story, linked property. It is mainly built of bricks and has large double glazed windows throughout. These face east and west so the property is usually light and bright. Secure exterior doors open up into the living room. The fully carpeted living room has a comfortable three seater settee and two armchairs, a TV, coffee table, dining table with four chairs and an electric heater.The chalet has one double and one twin bedroom, both are fully carpeted, each has a large fitted wardrobe. Double bedrooms has a fitted wall heater . One double and two single duvets are provided as are six pillows. Guests will need to provide their own bed linen. The kitchen is well equipped with a free standing cooker, full sized fridge, microwave, toaster and electric kettle. It has crockery, glasses and cutlery for four guests. Pots and pans are also provided. Well behaved pets will be considered for an additional charge. Electricity by £1 coin meter.

Hello I am Penny, the owner of Trinity Chalets.

I am local to the area and love living in Norfolk. I am married to Dennis and have two grown up daughters and three granchildren, our fourth is expected any time soon. We enjoy spending time together and love visiting local attractions, so we understand the things families enjoy. Dennis and I have always had pet dogs who we like to take to the beach and on holiday with us, so we offer two chalets where guests can bring their well behaved pets (yes we have cats and hamsters too!).

Both Dennis and I work locally as well as running the chalets. We clean and maintain the chalets ourselves, ensuring they are ready when families arrive for their holidays. It pleases us when people return year after year, saying it has become a home-from-home for them.

Penny West purchased this chalet in 2007

We loved the chalets when we first saw them, it was a rare sunny day in February and after a look around them with the estate agent we took a stroll along the beach.... we were hooked! We spent time getting them how we like them, homely and comfortable, with a neutral decor. The chalets face East-West so the sun shines on the backs in the morning and the fronts in the afternoon. You can even hear the sea from them! We still enjoy staying in them ourselves, as do members of our extended families. There is also a great local pub, The California Tavern, which often has live bands and serves fantastic food.

We found that Sunbeach Holiday Village is a family run site, it is well maintained and the staff who work here are very helpful and friendly. The site is fairly quiet, which we like, everything is close by but not too close to annoy you late at night with noise. The beach is just a short walk away, and is lovely at all times of the year. The air is so fresh and it makes you feel good to be alive! With the chalets being all on one level they are ideal for people with mobility problems, no stairs to climb to the toilet or to go to bed at night. We were delighted to find three ajoining chalets, they offer the rare chance for friends or families to each have their own space and facilities but be able to share babysitting, meals and time together. Rent one, two or all three! If you want to holiday together but not be on top of each other these chalets are ideal for you!

The chalets are only 5 minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beach and are situated on a quiet family run site. The chalets face onto a small grassed area, perfect for the children to play on or for sitting together in the sunshine. There is plenty of car parking space immediately behind the chalets, cars can be left there safely during your stay. Dutchy's Tavern is close to the chalets, ideal for a drink or meal, they also often have live entertainment with free entry.

The popular seaside town of Great Yarmouth is six miles south of the chalets. Here there are many attractions to enjoy, including horse, dog and stock car racing, entertaining summer shows including the spectacular Hippodrome Circus, the Pleasure Beach with thrilling rides, Pirates Cove golf and a Sea-life Centre. Great Yarmouth also has a bustling market with a wide variety of stalls.

California itself is well located for exploration of the Norfolk Broads, where boats can be rented, fishing can be enjoyed, and peaceful walks taken.

The twin Cathedral city of Norwich is a short drive away; it has a castle, many museums and places of historic interest as well as a wide variety of shops and restaurants.

Many sporting activities can be enjoyed locally; these include golf, bowling (both indoor and outdoor), horse riding, sailing, fishing, cycling, tennis and swimming.
