The perfect home base for your work or vacation awaits. This cozy apartment is walking distance from San Francisco's financial district and just one block from North Beach's famous restaurants.
We put our place together with all the things we look for when we need to get work done or want to get away for a weekend in the city: Great neighborhood, walking distance to everything, insanely fast Internet.
Restful Retreat: If it's R&R you're after, you'll appreciate the amazing custom kitchen, equipped by a Cordon-Blue trained chef, the comfy couch, and the big screen TV with Netflix.
If you insist on leaving the great indoors, try a drink on the roof deck at sunset to start with. If you get hungry, North Beach is just half a block. And if you insist on going into work, the financial district is a nice 10 minute walk. A pair of bikes is also available for your use, but please remember that they are shared with the guests in the unit downstairs.
A Green Place To Stay: We made it greener. Most lights are low power LEDs, the appliances are all energy-star rated, and the hot water heater is a high efficiency, continuous flow heater that combines energy efficiency with a literally unlimited capacity. The only limit on your time in the shower will be your conscience.
This apartment shares a washer/dryer and roof deck access with the unit above. We also have a single garage space that's shared between the two units, which you can reserve with prior notice and a small additional nightly fee. Please note that the garage will only fit compact cars and requires comfort with snug spaces and city driving.
After many years of renting other people's places on vacation, we decided we'd like to do this ourselves. We're professionals (lawyer and business consultant) living in Silicon Valley with two kids. We love San Francisco, and we don't always have time to go there for the weekends, so we can share this place with our friends and family.

Telegraph Hill and Northbeach are amazing neighborhoods, full of great food, in a great location for work for taking a vacation.
We've hung out here many times on our weekends and when the opportunity came to buy a place here, we jumped on it.
I couldn't recommend this property. The facilities were adequate although the dish washer was out of order & there was no attempt to repair it. It was the fact that we couldn't get into the apartment that bothered us.
We had come from Scotland via New York & were due to land about lunch time. We repeatedly tried to contact the local agents to ask if we could get in before the allotted time but could never get a reply either to emails or phone. When we arrived at the property the entry code we had been given did not work &, again, we could not get a reply from the agents. We enquired at a nearby shop only to be told that we weren't the first ones to be locked out. We went away, with all our cases, for lunch & to charge our mobiles but when we returned in late afternoon the code still didn't work. We had no option but to get a taxi to a local hotel (the first two were full) & book in for the night. We eventually got the owner's phone number & were told that the entry code had been changed that morning. This was not much good to us!
Anyway we got entry the next morning but a good chunk of our short stay had been ruined.
We made a claim for the refund of our costs but have received nothing.
The owners were very friendly and so helpful with ideas of things to do and quick to respond to any questions. The property was clean and very comfortable. It felt like home. The location was amazing; a quick walk from Coit Tower! The only downsides were the hot water could take a while to show up and I could hear the neighbors sometimes. Overall, I had a great experience and I would stay there again.
The apartment provided a perfect place for our two weeks in San Francisco when we needed to combine work and a vacation. Walking distance to the office but in a neighborhood where we could feel more part of the city than a hotel ever allows. The apartment is very well set up - everything has been thought of to make the stay comfortable - and it was clean and well maintained. It was like borrowing a friend's apartment rather than the spare arrangements that rental apartments often offer. We loved the rooftop and glimpses of the Golden Gate Bridge - perfect place to sit on Sunday morning with coffee and the papers. We'd love to return.
This is a private and well-appointed apartment in the heart of our favourite neighbourhood in San Francisco. Though we never met them, the owners were perfect to deal with, making our arrival and departure simple and stress-free. They also made sure their delightful apartment was stocked with essentials for our stay, along with some bubbly! We had a wonderful time and plan to return.
Das Appartement ist nett eingerichtet, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Appartement liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Vermieter waren bei allen Fragen behilflich und haben immer schnell geantwortet, ein sehr netter Kontakt. Wir kommen gerne wieder !
