The apartment offers an excellent touring base for exploring the South Devon beaches, the English Riviera, the Dartmoor National Park, the historic town of Dartmouth and in Cornwall the Eden Project, Looe and Polperro. I recently spent 12 nights here and after searching on the internet for a suitable place to stay I feel I made an excellent choice. Ideal for access into Plymouth Centre and the Barbican it also proved a good location for where I was studying on a recent course. I hardly used the car during my stay and found there were some nice local pubs in walking distance.
The apartment is spacious and well equipped, it is also presented to a high standard and the owner is very helpful. I will certainly book a stay here next time I am in Plymouth.

Lovely place to stay. Great location to Cornwall and Devon. We spent most of our time relaxing and recharging, but we never had to worry about doing something as everything was local and easy to access. I cannot fault the accomodation nor the owner. If I had to really nit pick then I banged my head on the bedroom ceiling once! But thats becuase I was too tall.

In short I would recommend to anyone.

This apartment was perfect.It was clean, well furnished & equiped. Everything was thought of! Lee & Denise gave me a warm welcome and were only next door if I needed them which I didn't. The apartment has a superb view and is extremely well located for the centre of Plymouth and surrounding areas. I would certainly recommend it and would definitely return. Great!!
