Appartement idéalement situé pour visiter MANHATTAN: le métro à quelques mètres de l'entrée (même pas besoin de traverser) permet d'aller vers le nord, vers le sud et vers l'est soit partout. La ligne est directe vers l'aéroport JFK.

L'appartement est à l'image des photos: très fonctionnel, bien équipé et très propre.

Stéfano, l'hôte, est des plus accueillant et serviable.

Cette location a beaucoup contribué à la réussite de notre séjour en famille: 2 adultes et 2 enfants.

Nicel appartment, great location, the subway is located nearby the appartment. The owner il very friendly, helpfully. Only one little problem, four floor without elevator.

Wonderful Stay in NYC

I came to NYC for a long weekend with my daughters and their grandmas. We loved having "our own apartment" to come home to at night. The beds are extremely comfortable and having a kitchen for breakfast and coffee in the morning was a great start to each day. There is a little grocery store just down the block, and the Chelsea Market around the corner is awesome. This location is close to several Subway Stations and we were able to hop on and be anywhere in the city easily. I will never book a hotel room in NYC again. This is a much nicer way to stay. The owner lives right across the hall, and was welcoming and helpful. Two thumbs way up :)

A great and clean place to stay with 4-5 people. Inside 2 comfortable double beds and a sofa for 1-2 pers. (poss. for an air bed). Good kitchen and fridge. Suitable bathroom and toilet. Helpfull owner, who lives next door. Close to the subway, nice shops (meatpicking district), Chelsea market and wonderfull restaurants (please reseve!). Wifi is doing well. We recommend this place and hope to stay again, when we come back. Fam. Schreuders the Netherlands

We are a family of five and stayed here for a week. We recommend it as a place to stay. The description and photos on the site are very accurate. The apartment is in a great area and the nearby subway station takes you uptown and crosstown. It felt like we could get anywhere in New York in 15 minutes. There are endless eating options nearby from the excellent Mexican food truck on the intersection upwards. An added bonus was being near the beginning of the High Line. There are also lots of shopping opportunities and given the amount of development which is happening I assume that this will only increase.

The apartment is small and the air conditioner in the main bedroom can be noisy (and needs to be fixed).


We would happily stay here again.
