Very well located near the beaches, between 5 cantons and the Biarritz golf course.

Nice 2 rooms of recent construction 38m² with wooden terrace facing south and parking.

It consists of a living room with sofa bed 140x200 and fitted kitchen. A large bedroom with a 140x200 bed, large closet and bathroom with shower and toilet.
Equipment: refrigerator + freezer, microwave oven multifunction, electric hob, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, TV, DVD player, BBQ, parasol.

Linen not supplied toilets and sheets - pillows, duvet and blankets available.

Pets not allowed.

Un très bon séjour

Le logement est bien conçu très propre et parfait pour deux personnes. La chambre est vaste avec de nombreux rangements. Le quartier est calme et idéalement situé. La terrasse, le parking et les vélos sont des plus extrêmement appréciables, Stéphane le propriétaire a été aux petits soins.

Parfait

Nous avons passé une semaine dans le logement de stephane et nous en sommes ravis. Tout d'abords, l'appartement en lui même est propre, moderne, fonctionnel et dispose d'une place de stationnement et d'une terrasse. De plus, il est très bien placé dans une rue calme mais assez proche de tout. Le propriétaire est présent au cas où et mets à disposition des vélos ce qui est ultra pratique notamment pour aller aux plages. N'hésitez pas !

Petit logement au calme extra

Semaine super agréable. Logement propre, pratique et avec l'essentiel pour un séjour confortable. Idéal pour couple avec 1 ou 2 jeunes enfants. Vélos prêtés par le propriétaire bien pratiques pour se rendre aux plages, au golf, faire des courses sur Anglet... Rue très calme et idéalement située (moins de 5minutes de Biarritz). Propriétaire à côté, discret mais réactif en cas de besoin. Seuls bémols: la taille du frigo (petit) et la plaque de cuisson (moyennement pratique). Nous tenterons ce logement à coup sûr et avec plaisir si nous avons la possibilité de revenir sur Anglet.
