Offering excellent value accommodation for the discerning traveller

Newly refurbished March 2013 a high quality apartment in a peaceful area yet only a minute to the main beach. Situated in a quiet area of Puerto Pollensa, Apartment Hannah has proved extremely popular, with a high proportion of guests rebooking.

Apartment Hannah is one of nine apartments situated around an attractive pool (with separate toddler section).

Every effort has been taken to make the apartment as comfortable as possible. The apartment is bright and airy and has an excellent new air conditioning/heating system. Soft furnishings, brand new NEXT sofas, contemporary coffee table and dining suite. Soft furnishings from John Lewis. Hotel style mattress toppers on all beds.

The lounge/dining room opens on to the south facing balcony which is 22 feet long, with 2 cafe tables and 6 chairs. This overlooks the pool (with children's section). To the rear of the building the view is of a villa's garden (with lemon trees!) and of the mountains in the distance. There is a new flat screen TV with satellite channels and a DVD

What if I have problems during my holiday?: We use an English speaking Property Management company who look after the apartment, carry out the cleaning, and help with any problems you might encounter during your stay.

Anything for children/babies?: Yes, we have had little ones ourselves and although they are now almost grown up we can remember what it was like to keep young children amused. We provide a small toy box, lots of books for all ages, children's DVD's (suitable for toddlers through to teens), a travel cot and high chair (at no extra cost). There are plenty of plastic cups, plates, bowls etc too.

Please note, the apartment sleeps a maximum of 6 people (including babies).

Anything for adults? Would teenagers like it?: Yes, a stereo system/radio, a bookcase full of books, a TV with Sky plus DVD's and lots of board games/dominoes/cards etc.

Our teenagers love Puerto Pollensa. It feels very safe to walk around and there are night clubs in the centre (although Puerto Pollensa is definitely not a Club 18 to 30 type of a place.) Even our 21 year old still wants to come on holiday with us to Pollensa

About Maggie Boyd

When we first bought the apartment our daughters were at junior school and we have stayed in the apartment with young children, teenagers, young adults and grandparents. We try to think of the needs of all the generations. Our family still love P. Pollensa and want to come with us all the time.

We have found the apartment to be nice and quiet and always have a good night's sleep. In the last 12 months 10 weeks have been rented out by returning guests.

What makes this apartment unique

When deciding on which apartment to buy in the block we had a number to choose from but decided that for us a first floor apartment was the best. Holidaying with older parents and small children we felt the apartment was both a comfortable and sensible height from the pool area. We liked the view of mountains and lemon trees from the bedroom windows too.

Also Tango's (one of the most popular restaurants in the resort) is a five minute walk away.

Grill Siurell a minute from the apartment is quaint and full of character. The owner Pepe welcomes you like an old friend. Next door Restaurant Llenaire specialises in interesting Spanish rice dishes.

Old Pollensa is gorgeous and is a 10 minute car or bus ride away

Every year we upgrade the apartment in some way and in March 2013 with a second new bathroom, new sofas etc especially so.

For adults and children we provide books, DVD's etc.

We like to add little extra touches, such as Cava and toiletries on arrival. We don't charge for use of our high chair or travel cot or welcome pack.We try to make the apartment as comfortable as possible and go that extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly for our guests.

The apartment is always freshly decorated and nicely furnished for the start of the season

About 45 minutes drive from Palma, in the north of Mallorca lies the picturesque resort of Puerto Pollensa. This lovely resort retains the charm and character of the small fishing village that it once was. There are no high rise buildings to spoil the sky line, just a wealth of pleasant bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. There is a long sandy beach with a promenade leading to the centre of the resort. For boating enthusiasts there is a swish marina with a smart restaurant, open to holiday makers.

The charming old town of Pollensa is a ten minute drive from the apartment. With its wonderful old churches, medieval buildings, quaint back streets and colourful markets, the town is certainly worth a visit.

For those wishing to explore the island there is Palma's gothic cathedral and also the beautiful hillside towns of Valldemosa and Deia. Visit Soller and take the train through the orange groves or stop for lunch in a quaint Mallorcan village. There is so much to see

There is a contemporary en-suite bathroom to the main bedroom. The view from the window is of a pretty garden with the mountains in the distance. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds , a side table, a chair and additional chest of drawers within the wardrobe area. The bedroom opens on to the balcony with pool view. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, a large dressing table and side table and chair. There is a travel cot provided in this room. From the window you can usually see lemons on the trees. All bedrooms have hotel style mattress toppers and John Lewis curtains.

The apartment has a safe and an intercom entry system Heating of the apartment is by an air conditioning/heating - cooling system. We also have plug-in radiators, if required. We do not charge for the use of a travel cot or high chair (normal charge by rental companies in the resort is £25 plus per week per item ).

I have been to Puerto Pollensa 11 times over the past 23 years & have stayed at Apartment Hannah for my last 6 visits. You can keep your hotels!
The apartment is in such a perfect position for the beach, without the noise of the traffic & other people. The swimming pool & lawn area is kept immaculately clean & the apartment is better than most hotel rooms.
A 10 minute stroll & you are in the heart of Puerto Pollensa wher there are some fantastic restaurants & shops. Do not miss the sand sculptures on the beach. They are fantastic. The owner, Maggie, has upgraded the facilities in the apartment over the years & it always looks fresh & new.

This year I am taking my partner, her daughter & baby, her other daughter & boyfriend & a close friend.

Beautiful, authentic location!

P Pollensa was fab. The apartment is in a really good position, ten to fifteen minutes walk to the marina or you can get a bus or taxi and it takes 2 minutes to the centre. The 3 restaurants on the corner are great – the sweet little Spanish one does a lovely 3 course meal for 13 euros, the staff are really friendly, great with kids and the food is delicious (try their duck, yum). Tango’s restaurant which used to be in the middle of town is a short walk from the flat and is now in an old building with the original huge wine vats, full of atmosphere. We are pleased about this as it’s one of our favourite restaurants.

Apt very nice - love the stripy dining room chairs – where did they come from? The area is really peaceful and we always found time to have the pool to ourselves. Beach really close by too. Hope to holiday there again when I come back from my travels.

Lovely holiday helped by wonderful apartment

We had a lovely stay at Maggie Boyd's apartment. There was loads of room for 2 kids and 2 adults with 3 good sized bedrooms and a large living room and kitchen. The balcony was a little small, but with small children we didn't make a huge amount of use out of it, The hidden extras such as toy box, videos, picnic basket, etc. made a huge difference to us too. Very well maintained, and we really liked that Maggie was interested in ensuring everything worked out well for us. It was very close to the beach and there was a supermarket close by also. There was loads of parking outside.the appt, and we did tend to use our car to go into the centre. The half hour walk to the main centre was a little too long for our two in the evening. Having said that, there were 1 or 2 restaurants close by too, and we went into the old town a few evenings which was a short drive away. All in all, we had a marvelous holiday, and really enjoyed out stay at Hannah, thanks Maggie. Avril

Schöne, gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in gepflegtem Haus. Gute Wohnlage in Strandnähe. Beste Betreuung und netter Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin. Auto von Vorteil, Bushaltestelle ist jedoch schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Jederzeit gerne wieder!!!
