PANORAMIC VIEW OVER LOOKING THE SEA - 2 bedrooms

Superb panoramic views over the Bay of Saint-Raphael/Saint Tropez from this 65 sqm 2 bedroomed apartment. Situated opposite the red rocks of 'Esterel' there is a litte beach just opposite the apartment and a larger white sandy beach 2 minutes walk away with restaurants and beach bars.

This very green coast stretches along 8 km of inlets, fine sandy beaches and palm trees. The center Town of Saint Aygulf is just 2kms away and has many shops, restaurants and a great market, also there is the famous 2km long night market which is held every day during July/August between Fréjus and St.Raphael and is just a 10 minutes drive. The ferry boats 'bateaux verts' sail from Les Issambres and Sainte Maxime and takes you directly to Saint-Tropez port in 14mins, also available from St. Raphael.

Very well situated only 45 mins from Nice airport,15 mins from the TGV station and the car-train at St. Raphael. For a beach holiday or winter break with easy access to the ski slopes, Italy or Monte Carlo you really can't do better!

Fabulous position for this apartment opposite the bay of St. Tropez, sun rises guaranteed, the cliffs are deep red with the sun sets every evening, the most amazing yachts going to and fro, easy airport access and of course.. the amazing weather makes it a must!

GREAT APARTMENT

This is a lovely clean and well appointed flat as described in the advert. Great views over the Med and a nice wee bay opposite for sunbathing, swimming and snorkelling. There is also a nice sandy beach a few minutes along the road with a footpath away from the road. Nelly the caretaker who stays next door was very friendly, helpful and a good source of local information. I am more than happy to recommend this apartment.

Appartement moderne, de standing, très bien équipé. Couchages de grande qualité. La terrasse face à la mer (1ère ligne) est un vrai bonheur pour le petit déjeuner et plus... Situé dans un environnement verdoyant. Grande plage de sable très proche, accessible à pied par la piste cyclable (c'est agréable quand on a un enfant). Plage sauvage juste au pied de l'appartement.

Aucun défaut. Nous y reviendrons avec très grand plaisir.

S'il fallait mettre une note, nous dirions 10/10 et ****

SUPERB VUE FROM MODERN AND COMFORTABLE APPARTMENT.

Wow! This is an ideal appartment from which to enjoy the Cote D'Azur. All the furniture and fittings were new, the kitchen is modern with a dishwasher and breakfast bar, the lounge is very comfortable with FANTASTIC vues over the Med. There is a large tv and internet.We were welcomed by a lady who showed us how everything works.
There are 3 beaches within a four minute walk, but we think that La Gaillarde is the best because of its wonderful sand. There were so may good resaurants and markets to visit but Frejus and Sant Maxime are great and really bustle at night!
Tip. take the Bateau Vert from Les Issambres to visit St Trop to avoid all the traffic!

EXCELLENT, WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND

What a beautiful apartment, we would highly recommend it either for a short or long term stay of location, very well equipped. Immaculately clean, extremely comfortable and Nelly who greeted us was very genuinely friendly and helpful.
With truly breathtaking views from the balcony, we spent hours sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine (or 2) happily watching the boats going up and down the bay.
There is a good selection of restaurants in the area and interesting sights and places of interest to visit.
We shall definitely be returning!
