This prperty is located on the CALIFORNIA side of the lake directly across from the London Bridge. It has three (3) bedrooms, two (2) bath, large living & dining rooms with stunning lake views across all back sliders/windows, fully equipped kitchen, sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably, large furnished covered back patio. Four color flat screen TVs, w/DVD players, Yamaha Stereo Receiver, X-Box 360 and some games. One king bed, one queen bed, twin single and twin bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. Guests are encouraged to bring cell phones as there is no landline to this home.
Spectacular Clubhouse with picturesque lakue views is available to all guests and includes use of the gym, pool, Jacuzzi, putting green, 2 pool tables, ping pong table, horseshoes, free WI-FI connection and big screen satellite TV room.

You will find that the Havasu Landing, California side of the lake is a very low key friendly town where everyone knows each other. The main watering and dining hole in town is the SAIL INN, be sure to say hello to owners Vikki and Rich who are there most of the time. Great food and drinks on a budget. Cocktails are stiff and the beer is ice cold and cheap. You may want to shop for your own groceries at the Havasu Landing Market. Fresh meats and vegetables along with anything you may desire from a full operation grocery store.
When you get that urge for a night on the town, Lake Havasu City Arizona offers exceptional nightlife. Plenty of Bars, Nightclubs, Movie Theathers, Fast Food and Fine Dining Establishments within walking distance of the London Bridge. There are several Taxi companys that will take you anywhere in the city for $5.00 each way. Just in case you need to get to a Walmart, Kmart, Home Depot or Local Mall for that special something.
Guest wishing to visit the Arizona side of the lake or 'Lake Havasu City' can do so by driving around which takes about an hour or the more favored option is to ride the Chemehuevi Casino Jet Powered Ferry Boat called 'DREAMCATCHER'. This is a 15-20 minute ride across the lake to the marina directly below the Famous London Bridge. You don't pay going to the Arizona side but are charged $3.00 per person on the trip back.
