The population of Goa is a mixture of Christian, Hindu and Muslim so festivals are celebrated almost daily giving Goa an almost non stop party atmosphere. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the colourful and exotic night markets where one can buy locally made, hand-crafted artifacts, antiques as well as European goods.
There are also plenty of opportunities to enjoy water sports along the beach including boating, paragliding and jet skis.
Free use of the large, communal swimming pool is available for the duration of your stay. There are no life guards present at the pool so we advise that children be supervised at all times when using the pool.

About John Hewitt
We originate from the UK but we spend most of the year in South Goa from Aug/Sept to May/June. We came to Goa on holiday and fell in love with it and the people who are very friendly and only too keen to help. Goa has many facets including peaceful, serene beaches and the warm Arabian Sea, colourful night markets, ancient temples and churches and breathtaking views as well as the fascinating wildlife. It's easy to see why we love it here so much!
Why John Hewitt chose South Goa
The villa is situated within a gated complex with a landscaped garden. It has parking for a car and or scooter and offers guests or family and friends a holiday of a lifetime in idyllic surroundings. It also gives us the opportunity to live and work amongst the local people of Goa, who we have found to be very happy, friendly and extremely helpful. It's our idea of paradise on earth
What makes this villa unique
We bought our villa at Tarika Gold Coast Villas in Varca because it is only 300m from the beautiful and secluded Varca Beach and it also has access to a large shared swimming pool. We know the area and the local people quite well. Varca is a small community and is quite remote but it is easily accessed by road. It makes for a very peaceful, de-stressing holiday.

Stayed in this 3BR villa at Tarika gold coast villa , Varca for 4 days.
Jhon came to show s the villa even thogh we arrived late.
Its really a well maintained property. all the air cons were properly functional so were the refrigerators, oven, washing machine etc. Was freshly painted . had a great Gallery on first floor which has good sea views and indeed a nice place for evening family relaxation. fully furnished for cooking and family accomodation.
varca beach is great and at 150 mtrs from villa. lot of good shacks on varca beach.
the pool is clean and sufficiently large.
decent restaurant [toncia] outside the gates. however the veg food was not tasty. also the non veg dishes were more to foreign tourist taste.
closest supermarket is at distance of 6 kms, but a small store for every day needs is closeby [200 mtrs].
had a great time at C8, TGCV.
