Somewhat uniquely for apartments of this type, each bedroom has its own digital combination entry lock making this an ideal facility for 'colleagues' who are happy to share communal areas (lounge/kitchen but who require private bedroom/bathrooms. There is a comfortable lounge with sofa, armchair, small 'cafe' style dining table and of course, TV, DVD and free broadband access. The fully fitted kitchen is of the highest standard and comes with washer/dryer, ideal for longer stay visitors, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and 'Nespresso' coffee machine. There is free parking and flats also include 'usual' amenities such as hairdryers and irons. A telephone is also available + calls and local, national and some international calls can even be provided free!

Starting with three apartments, the reputation of Abode Bed & Continental (www.abodebed.com) spread throughout the Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Watford area and Martin now operates 13 apartments in Hemel Hempstead, with a range from 1 bed, 2 bed/2 bath, larger 2 bed/2 bath and penthouse apartments. Free parking, telephone and internet service, towels, bed-linen and housekeeping are all part of the Bed & Continental experience!
