Sleeps 6, 3 bedroom house in 'Hacienda El Palmeral' has 4 levels and a small private garden. Large basement, fully equipped kitchen,living/dining room, 3 spacious bedrooms, all with en suite luxury bathrooms, sunny terraces, lovely views of the communal pool and mountains. Decoration and equipment to highest standard. It has marble floors throughout and benefits from air-conditioning and central heating. Huge basement ideal as a gambling area-equipped with flatscreen tv, pool table etc.

The villa is an excellent place for a large family or a group of friends or golfers who want privacy without being too far away from everything. The development is very centrally located in walking distance to several bars, great restaurants, supermarkets and also to Puerto Banus. The community has a very nice community pool and garden.

Perfect Location

this house was perfect for our needs as we played golf in the nearby golf courses with our 2 teenage sons. The house was spotless and had all mod cons. The communal pool was 20 metres from the outside terrace and was lovely after a round of golf. We availed of 3 excellent restaurants within 2 mins walk as well as a supermarket and a new bar (very nice). We walked down to Puerto Banus in 20mins but best to get taxi back as it's severely uphill. We would return to this property.
