The recently refurbished 4 bedroom villa is located north of the popular town of Sant Vicent del Raspeig near Alicante on the Costa Blanca in spain.

The spacious living area includes a large open plan air conditioned lounge-dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Four bedrooms each with ceiling fans offer a total of three double beds and 5 single beds in bunk bed configurations sleeping a total of 11 people in comfort with brand new beds throughout. There is a total of 3 modern bathrooms too. The villa features satelitte tv, a selection of films ranging across all ages, and a games console for the kids. The villa is all on one level, so makes it ideal for families with young children (no stairs to worry about) and also gives full wheelchair access.

Outside, the terrace has dining furniture and a BBQ area - perfect for al fresco dining on the warm Alicante evenings before taking a late night dip in the fully lit pool! There is a large covered naya outside featuring comfy seating, a TV linked to the Satellite and a pool table.The terrace leads into large gardens which feature a private swimming pool

Alicante and the surrounding towns of the Costa Blanca are packed with great restaurants, bars and nightclubs as well as plenty of shops and places of historical interest. Several family friendly beaches are located a within a short drive our villa and offer fantastic water sports facilities.

With every booking you will be loaned our easy to use sat nav so finding your way about will be as simple as pressing the 'favourite location' button on the unit then choosing 'villa', 'alicante', 'beach', 'supermarket' and even 'airport' when its time to go home! During your stay you will also have full support from our english housekeepers who live just 5 minutes from the Villa, so english speaking help is never far away!
