A fantastic concept for holiday living in Spain throughout the year. The villa is on two floors. The main house has two bedrooms each is furnished with extra large double beds, one of which is ensuite and a further separate toilet and sink next to the lounge. Internal and external staircases lead to the five apartments downstairs. The house is superbly furnished and has all that one could wish for in elegant living. The kitchen of the main house upstairs is large and fully equipped with a dish washer, cooker, oven, fridge and micro wave, etc. . The lounge and dining room are open plan with fantastic sea views! Here you will find also a complete sound system and satellite TV/CD/DVD with internet access (WiFi ).
The laundry room with washing machine and dryer is exclusive for all the guests .The apartments below which lead directly on to the pool terrace, are all fitted to a high standard with minimum of shower sink and bathroom.

Around the pool there is another separate BBQ situated in a typical Spanish courtyard and 3 terraces, patio, solarium and Sauna ( to rent for an additional fee ).
All the tiled and marble bathrooms have a shower unit, sink and toilet along with vanity mirror. Upstairs the main bathroom is fitted with a full size bath. Around the villa is a total of ten separate showers and eight toilet facilities. Directly in front of the house complex there is a large sunlit pool and extended terrace with many sun beds that leads on to a private paved palm lined garden with tropical area of fountains and waterfalls cascading into a natural lake. All is illuminated at night for romantic walks and quiet repose, in all, some 2500m² of fruiting trees and bushes. To one side of the house is a bar and kitchen for covered seating up to 20 people, fitted with TV, music system cooking facilities, lighting and fridges and freezers, etc. In the colder nights we supply three gas and
space electric heaters. These work very well!!
Walking from the gardens along the lake you will come to a traditional small romantic candlelit castle for your glass of wine in the evening.
Also it is possible for those with a disability to enter the apartments without steps and to use the hot and cold shower near to the pool.

For up to twenty people we supply a coach for the return journey from the airport at a small charge.
The first two hundred and fifty kW of electric power is free.
All the gas for the house complex are free for cooking.
If the gas bottles runs out for the outside heating they will be replaced at twenty euros per bottle if
required.
There is a pump system for a barrel of fifty liters of lager if preordered before arrival.

Excellent host and villa

Well what can we say other than absolute bliss of a place, excellently clean beautiful and rennie, what a guy we now like to class Reinhold as a good friend nothing was too much trouble for this guy always on hand, even cooked a tradition German meal for the lot of us, we was a party of 15 in total and there was more than enough room for us all, the bar is the best place to unwind in and we went through a few beers with Reinhold and Gavin all in all top guy excellent villa a pleasure to call Reinhold a friend

19 of us stayed here for 1 week in August. Large villa with fantastic grounds

We had 19 people (5 families) stay here for 1 week in August. The villa was plenty big enough for us all and the gardens/grounds are lovely with lots of different areas to go to if you want a bit of peace. We loved having our own bar and big thanks to Reinhold for taking us out on several occasions to restock it! There is a small beach (Cala Advocate) that is around 10-15 minutes walk. Or if you prefer something bigger or more commercial you can go to Moraira which is only 10 minutes away on the bus. The pool was big enough for us all and the kids loved it! Reinhold was really helpful and stopped by every day so could answer any questions we had and print us off bus timetables etc. I think it would be useful if there was an information pack in the villa with bus timetables, maps etc (just a suggestion) We also struggled to stay within our electricity allowance so had to pay 80 euros at the end of our stay. Not a problem but just a cost you may want to factor in as we were quite careful with turning lights and air con etc off but obviously a villa that size needs lots of electricity. We chose not to hire a car, which was fine as Reinhold kindly took us to the supermarket on several occasions. Thank you Reinhold for a fantastic stay! I would highly recommend this villa for families and groups of friends!

Be aware of the Owner - He is always at the Villa!!!

A group of 13 girls aged 36-58 travelled from various places around the Uk. Owner organised a taxi for ease, however it failed to turn up/no contact by the Owner. The Owner was always on site and upon arrival, was greeted by his huge dog (good job we were not afraid or allergic to animals). He demanded money from us immediately(this was the holiday balance which he wanted in cash/unsure if this is a tax fiddle). He promptly stuck around and ended up joining our group almost uninvited drinking and eating. He turned up music and we had to ask him to turn it down - he said don't you want to party?? You need to know the Owner has live stock on the grounds which means he has to come on site daily - this was not on your website and made us feel very uncomfortable being a group of girls. He also arrived approx. 11pm with a friend uninvited drinking and wanting to party and we had to threaten him with the Police to leave which he eventually did. He taunted us at a local restaurant because we had cancelled in good time his taxi because we had found a cheaper deal (100 euro's cheaper) and he also charged us a large additional amount for electricity a minute before we left again this was not advertised and believe he was out there to take what money he could from us. The villa itself is stunning with views, however it is on a main road on a huge hill and is not near a beach at all. There are 2 restaurants which were lovely but treacherous if you dared to walk back in the dark along a windy busy road with no pavements, so you need a car or taxi to get anywhere. The villa has a huge pond with fish in, but the fountain was not running therefore, there was stagnant water and lots of mosquito's!!! Whilst the villa was clean, the outside especially near the bar area was filthy and smelt. If you are a group of girls, what ever age - BECAREFUL!!!!!

amazing holiday, lovely villa beautifull and very spacious garden

just returned from family holiday party of 15, 13 adults 2 children, due to flight delay didn't arrive till midnight and got lost, Reihnold met us at Benissa and escorted us to the villa nothing was too much trouble for him, a perfect host. would reccomend villa which is very spacious but if there was more than 15 we would have had to share rooms with other couples ideal for families with children. garden was beautifull exactly as portrayed in photos, spent a lot of time with grand children feeding the fish in the magnificent pond. Outside bar was a great area to spend time in the evening eating alfresco and enjoying the beer which reihnold ordered for us. swimming pool was lovely, plenty of sun beds pool plenty big enough for all of us . Villa was in easy walking distance to advocate cove which was great for snorking . Thanks Reihnold for a lovely holiday everybody enjoyed themselves Claire Williams

Awesome villa perfect for a large group of friends

My group of 21 friends visited Villa Prestige in September 2015, and had the perfect villa holiday. The villa has beautiful and expansive gardens and large areas to hang out and relax, the highlight of which is the out-door bar and kitchen which is brilliantly equipped with equipment (and more importantly a great sound system) make entertaining each other and cooking large group meals very easy. The owner Reinhold was very attentive and knowledgeable about the area, popping in every day to see if our stay was pleasurable and letting us know if there was anything going on in the area such as wine tastings or discos! The villa is very well situated and in close reach of supermarkets (5/10 min drive) and walkable to about 3 or 4 beaches, one of which has an excellent bar on the cliffs. I'd highly recommend this villa, and next time I travel to Moraira I'm going to book here again.
