Converted Oast House in a rural setting about 4 miles from the lovely town of Tenterden. This property has been converted to a very good standard using quality products and is furnished with style! There is a private fenced garden with table and chairs and off road parking.

Entrance hallway leading to high spec kitchen which includes a dishwasher, washing machine, large ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer and microwave.

There is a large lounge with good seating arrangement, flatscreen TV with Freeview and DVD and a separate dining area in the roundle. There is also a good sized twin bedroom on the groundfloor.

Up-stairs offers a large Master bedroom with King-sized bed, Flatscreen TV, good storage and ensuite bathroom with bath, hand held shower, w/c and basin. A further double bedroom in the roundle and a shower room with quad shower, w/c and basin complete the accommodation.

OAST HOUSE WITH THE MOSTEST

The property lived upto and beyond our expectations. Situated down a country lane half a mile from a main road, the only noise to disturb us was the occasional clip/clop of horses' hooves. The accommodation was in first class order with everything you would want including a large garden area. It is ideally situated for the attractions we wanted to visit, including Sissinghurst and Great Dixter and is half way between Ashford and Tenderden. The latter well worth visit. And as an added bonus there is an excellent Indian restaurant 600 yards away. We hope to return soon.

GREAT LITTLE HOUSE!

This house is a great little property for those who like to be away from it all. Everything is a short drive away but the location is perfect for a quiet holiday. The house is cosy but extremely unique. Our kids loved staying in the oast part of the house. We were well taken care of by the owners and had a very enjoyable time. Highly recommend!

PEACEFUL PLACE TO STAY.

Beautiful house all the rooms are furnished tastefully.
Very well equipped and spacious.
Nice garden with a table and chairs for lounging in the sun.
Near the A28 for easy access to Ashford, Hastings, Tenterden and Dover. There are supermarkets within 10-15 minutes drive in either direction on the A28. A Chinese/Thai/Japanese fusion restaurant just down the road the food was good there.

Set in a quiet country lane between the towns of Ashford to the East and Tenterden to the West, you are within a 30 minute drive of most of Kent’s many attractions. Leeds Castle, Canterbury, Sissinghurst gardens to name a few. The villages of Bethersden and Woodchurch are within 5 minutes by car and offer pubs serving food, butchers shops, village stores and post office facilities. There is currently an excellent fusion restaurant serving Thai, Chinese and Japanese food at the end of the lane – 5 minute walk! The best beach is Camber near to Rye, both are worth a visit and a lovely 30 minute drive. Visit the beautiful villages in the area such as Smarden.
