Contemporary 3 Bed Georgian-Style Town House with sea views within gated complex

This luxury 3 Bed Georgian-Style Town House is in a prime location with uninterrupted views of Fistral Beach.The property is located in an Executive Sea Front Crescent, set in its own grounds, secured by electric gates with allocated front & rear parking. The property sleeps up to seven, is spread out over three floors. It comprises three double bedrooms, a lounge/diner, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a utility room.

The accomodation is arranged over three floors;

The second floor has two double bedrooms (front with sea views), & 1 no bathroom.

The ground floor has 1 further double bedroom with a double & single bed,there is also a shower rm with sink & WC located along corridor.

The utility room with washer/dryer is also located on the ground floor.

Lounge/diner: on the first floor with , TV, DVD, leather sofas and french doors giving uninterrupted sea views. Kitchen: with gas hob, electric oven,fridge,microwave & dishwasher.

The house has a great location, ideally suited for the beach , walking along the headland or simpley walking into town to grab some shopping.

Amazing House

As architects we are pretty fussy when it comes to houses, but we were completely delighted by the thoughtful and original layout of this house relative to its spectacular location. From the covered parking to the sheltered garden, beautifully laid out kitchen and great utility/wet room on the ground floor, this is a superb house. Walking distance to surfing, Sainsburys and the solitude of the Pentire headland. Couldn't ask for more.

A Winter Break

The weather could have been kinder, but we were warm and happy in this lovely house with awesome views and within easy walking distance of both the town and Fistral beach. The facilities were of good quality, really clean, and the only addition I would like to see would be a measuring jug in the kitchen.

Our 2 small dogs enjoyed it too!

Perfection

We've just got back from 7 days down at this idyllic spacious house. A family holiday with my brother and his children, there was more than enough space for everyone - including the youngest of our group who had a great cot - not a standard Travel cot you would expect. The decor and attention to detail is beautiful - there really is nothing missing that you could need. Thank you to Neil for being so easy to contact and speedy at response and information. I cannot recommend this property highly enough and hope to have the chance to come back soon!

Only 1 problem....we left 2 pumpkins downstairs that we forgot to cut out for our young children on Halloween - little too far to go back and get them now...sorry we didn't remove them ourselves!!

Seriously though - if you get the chance book up - views are but a part of this property - but they are amazing! My husband enjoyed some great surf at Fistral and with such easy access he was able to get up and down nice and quickly so he didn't miss too much!

A ROOM WITH A VIEW!

Three generations of our family stayed here and all had a fantastic holiday. The house was both roomy and comfortable with a fabulous view of the sea from the living room. The lovely beach at Fistral was a short distance away and great for bodyboarding and surfing, and we found it family friendly and dog friendly. The town was also within walking distance. Thank you Neil for a wonderful holiday.
