Shops, pubs and restaurants are on the doorstep. Enclosed shared garden.. You can expect to have a home from home holiday in the busy city of Edinburgh which is full of things to do. It is a pleasant walk down Leith Walk to the flat which is a short stroll from Princes Street. There are also lots of buses and the flat is not far from the Waverly train station where you can take a train to Glasgow or other parts of Scotland or England. There is a TV, VCR and DVD player if you ever want to spend a cosy evening indoors and board games are provided for the rainy days. Price includes all bills, wifi, internet and cable TV..

Leith is a very busy part of the town and very close to the centre. Right along the street there are many internet cafes, restaurants and lovely pubs and bars. You are sure to have a great time here.

Good value for money!

A perfect place to say in Edinburgh. I was surprised how close it was to the city centre (a 15 minutes walk tops but lots of buses at the end of the street go there if you don't fancy the walk). My friends and I were very happy with the flat - its on the ground floor (a nice quiet street) so would be perfect for anyone who has mobility issues. The place was clean, cosy and the bedrooms are very comfortable. The lounge is open plan with the kitchen so is perfect for socialising with friends while preparing meals. The woman who owns the flat is friendly and very helpful. It was definitely good value for money and I would stay there again if I ever returned to the city.

Fantastic little place!

This is a great little place we found - very reasonably priced - only a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of town. However, it is in a lovely little hub with lots of great restaurants, cafes and bars just a few minutes walk away, lots of shops etc so you never need to leave the area! It was also very quiet which was wonderful. The apartment was very clean and it is a pretty place with everything you need. We hope to come back for Christmas /New Year if we can organise and we will definitely rent here again.

Great basis for exploring a wonderful city

Edinburgh is a lovely city and the flat provided a good starting point and base to explore. The owner is nice and approachable and didn't mind our idiosyncratic demands.

The apartment is nicely equipped, everything worked and the owner was concerned of our wellbeing, checking everything was okay during our stay.

The flat provides a great basis for setting out and exploring Edinburgh, there is parking space, very little traffic, but none the less, the appartment is central and there are plenty of bus lines connecting you to basically everywhere.

We're sure to return!

Home from Home

My family and I stayed here for three nights and we had the best time in Edinburgh. The apartment had good facilities for cooking and eating in and we had three nights very comfortable sleep. We would like to come back and stay again for longer and see more of Edinburgh and stay in this neat little apartment. Thank you.

A perfect little pad!

We were a group of four friends staying here for a long weekend. The flat was excellent value for money, it had everything we needed and is in a fairly central location/easy to get to and from town as it is near a good bus route but is only a 15 minute walk so location saved us on bus fares! We would definitely recommend it and will rent the flat again next time we visit. The owner was so kind to us and she collected and dropped us at the airport as we were travelling at awkward times. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!

Outstanding

This flat was outstanding value for money and so near the centre of town. There was free wifi as well as free parking and the kitchen facilities were excellent. The sleeping areas were so comfortable and freshly decorated. The manager was really nice and extremely helpful. Edinburgh is such a joy to visit and there are endless things to do and see. We saw a fabulous exhibition and went to the museum one day. The weather was so lovely we took a day trip to Cramond beach, that was absolutely glorious. We would definitely come back to Edinburgh and stay in this lovely apartment again.

The flat is very central and there are lots of local attractions including museums, art galleries, historical buildings and Deep Sea World in nearby Queensferry. There is Edinburgh Dungeons and Camera Obscura, Mary Kings Close and Dynamic Earth. Of course there is the castle as well, Holyrood Palace, the Botanic Gardens, Princes Street Gardens and Arthurs Seat. There are beaches such as Portobello and you could take a bus to Gullane or North Berwick. There are many cinemas. casinos. bowling as well as hundreds of restaurants and pubs

I would also recommend 'The Edinburgh Pass' - it will help you See More and Save More. In fact, it's sightseeing made easy! There are over 30 top attractions in the Pass, so whether you're into history, haunted tours, culture, nature or full on fun, the Edinburgh Pass is a must have for a city break in Edinburgh.
